The Summit at Buck Hill – Burnsville

Project Complete (Pending Final Touch-ups)

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Summit at Buck Hill. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer.

Monday, July 7th: Hello all – we are generally complete with the work but the association will need to work with our Production Manager to mark touch-ups before the project is complete.

Thursday, July 2nd: Hello all – we are onsite today and plan to work tomorrow, assuming no weather delays. We will be working on Saturday, July 4th as well.

Wednesday, July 1st: We got another round of rain and will be onsite later than usual if the conditions allow for painting. We’re hoping that is the case!

Fingers crossed for some drier and less humid weather soon!

Tuesday, June 30th: We are onsite today after a bit of a late start for rain. We have made a lot of progress and are hoping for a few days without rain interruptions heading into the holiday weekend!

Monday, June 29th: Hi all – we’ve been working hard on painting and have made a lot of progress. We will be onsite today even though there is a heat advisory. Our crews will be taking extra care to drink water / liquids and avoid getting any heat related illnesses. Please take care of yourself!

WHAT…Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110 expected. WHERE…Portions of central, east central, south central, southeast, and southwest Minnesota and northwest and west central Wisconsin. WHEN…From 9 AM this morning to midnight CDT tonight. IMPACTS…Heat-related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Friday, June 26th: Hi all – we have made some decent progress this week and believe we plan to be working this weekend on Saturday.

Will have a better update on Monday of all of the painting work completed. Have a nice weekend!

Monday, June 22nd: Hello all – painting and carpentry is beginning today. We are excited to help improve your exteriors this summer!

Wednesday, June 17th: Greetings Residents of Summit at Buck Hill !

Our crew is scheduled to begin prep in anticipation of a painting & carpentry project in the association. The preparation & carpentry tasks are scheduled to begin on:

MONDAY, JUNE 22ND

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings away from the exterior of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the painting.

We anticipate that the entire project will be completed within 2 – 3 weeks; however, your unit/building will be completed much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule.

We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer.
