Greetings and welcome to your project portal for the upcoming painting project at Atherton Homes in Eden Prairie. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer!

Monday, October 12th: Good morning!

The crew has returned and completed the touch-ups for your project. We are officially completed at Atherton Homes!

Tuesday, September 28th: Good afternoon!

The crew has wrapped up at Atherton Homes in Eden Prairie! They will be marking areas with blue tape and returning to complete touch-ups in the next week or so. Thank you!

Monday, September 27th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing their diligent work in Area 2. They are spraying and backrolling the paint onto the buildings.

First, spraying the paint on the building.

Then, backrolling the paint to ensure it covers the substrate evenly.

Friday, September 24th: Good morning!

The crew has pulled off due to the rain, but will return to tomorrow to continue in Area 2. Areas 1 and 3 are complete and we will be walking the buildings in the next few days to mark areas for touch ups and then return to complete them.

The crew is continuing to make great progress on your project. Each crew is continuing to work on the different Areas today!

Tuesday, September 21st: Greetings!

The crew is onsite and picking up where they left off yesterday. They are currently working on painting the wood windows.

We’ll be starting a 2nd crew in Area 2 – 2nd Addition as soon as tomorrow as well. This week also a 3rd crew will get started in Area 3 – 3rd Addition. Thanks!

Monday, September 20th: Good morning!

The crew is working in Area 1 and on the first building. They are prepping and painting the door frames and select trim areas.

Friday, September 17th: Greetings!

The crew is off and running in Area 1, Building 1. They are starting with prep, covering, and priming of the included areas. We are waiting on color approval before we get started with the top coat. Once we start painting the included areas, they are anticipating completing about 1 building each day. Have a great weekend!

Thursday, September 16th: Good afternoon and welcome to you project portal for the upcoming painting project at Atherton Homes in Eden Prairie.

For this year’s project, we’ll be prepping & painting select trim areas. This includes the front door frames, wood windows – front & rear, and the rear patio door frames.

We will begin in Area 1 – shown in the map above tomorrow, Friday September 17th. We will likely have a 2nd and maybe a 3rd crew begin within the next 1-2 weeks.

As we begin our prep work, kindly leave any tape in place as the project is completed in multiple steps and may result tape being up between the prep & finishing tasks. This is a large project, as we expect to be onsite for about 3-5 weeks ( and weather will likely affect our day to day schedule) to complete all units in the 2021 scope of work. However, your individual unit will take much less time.

Overall, this project will have minimal impact on your daily routine. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
