Monday, July 27th: Greetings! 

The crew has finished up the door painting portion of the project – thank you all for your cooperation to get them painted in the open position! 

We have a few areas remaining that will be taken care of after a few carpentry repairs. 

Monday, July 20th: Good afternoon! 

We’ve posted our final notice onsite at Durham Green for door painting. Please make an appointment to have your door painted using the calendar tool above. Thank you! 

Thursday, July 16th: Greetings! 

We’ll be knocking on doors and taking appointments on Friday and Saturday. Please use the calendar scheduling tool above to make your appointment. 

There will be one final opportunity for door painting —- Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26th between 9am and 4pm. Doors not scheduled or opened at that time, will be painted in the closed position. 

We appreciate your cooperation in opening your door to have it painted in the open position. Thank you!

Friday, June 10th: Greetings!

It’s not a rain day! (Insert HAPPY DANCE) ????☀️

We are kicking of at Buildings 21 and 22 today. We are also painting front doors — please schedule a time with the calendar above for this afternoon or tomorrow! 

Otherwise we’ll be knocking on doors, but wave us over if you are home and can open your door to have it painted – thanks!

Though the rain has halted the painting of your trim areas today, they are continuing on with door painting appointments. Thank you for signing up!

Wednesday, July 8th: Greetings! 

We are back! 

The crew is onsite and they are painting starting at Building #20 today. Please make sure you are all signed up for a door painting appointment over the next few days. We appreciate your cooperation to open your doors to have them painted in the open position. 

Tuesday, July 7th: Good morning! 

It’s another rain day for the crew at Durham Green. We’ll resume painting as the surfaces dry out. Look for more info regarding door painting for this week soon! Thanks!

Please use our calendar scheduling tool to set an appointment for door painting this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday — they will be available on a first-come first-serve basis and appointments will be priority over knocking on doors.

The crew will resume their painting starting at Building 17 today and will continue painting tomorrow. Then we’ll be back onsite on Monday, 7/6 after the holiday weekend.

There is a rain delay today due to all of the overnight and morning rain. The crew will return as surfaces dry out. We will keep you posted!

Wednesday, June 24th: Greetings!

We will be painting doors this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday — see the calendar tool above to schedule a day and time that works best for you to be home and open your door to be painted. It will be a first come first serve basis and know that the crew member will arrive within the hour of your appointment as we are scheduling 2 or 3 appointments per hour. Thursday, June 18th: Good Afternoon!

The crew is continuing to paint the front doors on Buildings #1-#8 today. They are also painting the trim at Building #6 and #7.

Wednesday, June 17th: Greetings! 

The crew has started to paint scheduled doors in Buildings #1- #8 today – if you haven’t already, please use the calendar scheduling tool to make an appointments. They are also working on painting Building 6.

Tuesday, June 16th: Good morning! 

The crew is cruising along the route and finishing up on Building 6 and moving onto Building 7. 

Monday, June 15th: Greetings! 

We hope you all had a great weekend! 

The crew has completed the trim painting on Buildings 1-5 and are starting at Building 6 today. We are posting notices to paint the resident front doors on buildings #1-8 ONLY for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 9am and 4pm. Please use the calendar tool above to make an appointment. Please remember that the doors will need to be painted in the open position and then remain open for at least 2 hours to dry completely. Thank you!

The crew is prepping and painting starting at Building #3 today – thanks!

Thursday, June 11th: Good afternoon! 

And they’re off! The crew has started at Durham Green at Building 1. For this year’s project, we are prepping and painting misc. trim areas on each of the buildings – including front doors/frames, garage service doors/frames, utility doors/frames, entry pillars & support beams and mailbox kiosks. 

We’ll be starting at Building 1 and then following the route posted above. We are happy to be onsite and sprucing up your trim areas. Thanks!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Durham Green in Blaine. We are thrilled to be onsite with you! 

We’ll be getting started on Wednesday, June 8th. Once details are finalized we’ll post a route map and tentative finishing schedule. 

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll provide frequent updates with progress made, project photos, and any delays should they come up.
