Fieldstone Parkway – Maple Grove
Fieldstone Parkway HOA – Maple Grove
Greetings and welcome to your project portal for the upcoming staining project at Fieldstone Parkway HOA in Maple Grove. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer!
Tuesday, August 17th: Good afternoon!
The crew will be wrapping up the deck staining at Fieldstone today. We’ll have our field production manger onsite to mark any areas needing touch ups before we call the project complete. Thank you for having us onsite and bearing with us as we are at the mercy of Mother Nature to get a stretch of dry weather to complete the staining. We hope you’re enjoying the deck refresh.
You can return contents to your deck ~24 hours after staining. Thank you!
Monday, August 16th: Greetings!
The crew has just about completed staining the included decks on Shadyview Lane North and along 62nd Ave N. They will continue to work their way from south to north on Ranier Lane N starting today. Thanks!
Saturday, August 14th: Good morning!
The crew will onsite and staining today – thanks!
Thursday, August 12th: Good morning!
Due to the rain this morning the crew will unfortunately not be able to stain today. Staining will hopefully begin tomorrow, weather permitting. Thank you!
Wednesday, August 11th: Greetings!
The morning rain has caused the crew to hold off staining again today. We’re hopeful to start staining tomorrow. Thank you!
Tuesday, August 10th: Good morning!
The weather came out of no where… and unfortunately that means we need to pause on staining for today. Thanks!
Monday, August 9th: Good morning!
The crew is going to push back until tomorrow to begin the stain work to allow an extra day of dry time for the decks. Once we do get started staining, we recommend waiting 24 hours after staining before returning items to your deck. Thanks!
Friday, August 6th: Good morning and happy Friday!
The crew has completed the washing in advance of staining. With yesterday’s rain, we are pushing back the staining start date to Monday, 8/9. We’ll begin at 6245 Shadyview Lane N and work our way along the west side of the street and then up the east side. The crew will jump over to Ranier Lane N and start on the west side and loop up on the east side to finish.
Thanks and have a great weekend!
Wednesday, August 4th: Good morning!
We think that the crew mis-posted notices on buildings in the yellow phase that should not have been posted and as a result some buildings in Phase I were not posted and missed for the washing.
We are working to figure out a resolution to assure the decks in Phase I – pink highlighted will be washed and ready for staining in the next few days. Thanks for your patience as we get it all sorted out.
Monday, August 2nd: Good afternoon!
The crew has started to pressure wash the units in Phase I of the project – listed in pink in the map above. They’ll continue washing through today and into tomorrow. They are tentatively planning to begin staining on Thursday. We’ll post a route map tomorrow as to which buildings they’ll begin with. Thanks!
Thursday, July 29th: Greetings Residents of Fieldstone Parkway!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.
Our crews will soon begin pressure washing in your association for the upcoming staining project. We are scheduled to begin pressure washing the first unit building on Monday, August 2nd.
We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove all items off their deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping & staining your deck floors. We are projecting the staining work to begin on Thursday, August 5th.
We are projecting that the project will take approximately 7-10 working days to complete all units.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We’re looking forward to getting started next week!
