Tuesday, August 1st: Greetings!

We are almost complete! The project around your property has come to an end. however, we are still tackling a punch list of miscellaneous work around the property. If you come across any tape or marked areas we ask that you please do not remove them as they are to mark areas for touch ups. Thank you!

Wednesday, July 26th: Good morning!

Unfortunately, the weather predictions for today are not ideal for our crew to be onsite. We are hoping we can make it back onsite as soon as we can. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Monday, July 24th: Greetings!

We are in the home stretch everyone! Our crew is out bright and early this morning to work on Building 23. We will most likely make is through all of Building 23 today which leaves just one more Building left to go in your project.

Thursday, July 20th: Good morning!

We are onsite again this morning to work on completing Building 21. We are making great progress moving through the property.

Wednesday, July 19th: Greetings!

Unfortunately, due to the poor weather today our crew will not be able to make it onsite. We are hoping to return as soon as we can, weather permitting of course. Have a great day!

Our crew has been working hard over the weekend making their way swiftly to Building 12 today.

Thursday, July 6th: Greetings!

Our crew is back onsite this morning and they have started staining the first set of Buildings that were washed. Once the other buildings have had enough time to dry properly we will be back to stain those as well.

Wednesday, July 5th: Good morning!

We hope everyone had a great 4th of July! The crew is back onsite today and has started pressure washing Building 16.

Pressure washing is underway at Building 16.

Friday, June 30th: Happy Friday!

Please see the updated pressure washing schedule above. After starting the project today, each building is taking longer than anticipated because more paint than we thought is coming off of each building. The crew will be washing 5 buildings per day.

Thursday, June 29th: Good afternoon!

The crew will be onsite tomorrow to begin the pressure washing process. Tomorrow they will complete Buildings 1-10, Saturday, 7/1, they will complete Buildings 11-16, and Monday, 7/3, they will complete the remaining Buildings 17-24.

Tuesday, June 27th: Good morning!

Our crews will begin pressure washing your decks on Friday, June 30th. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings form the outside of your home/deck to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

We are projecting that the staining process will then begin on Wednesday, July 5th.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to working together this year.

Our carpentry crew has made its way to your property and is continuing to work on minor repairs. We should be lightly wrapping up carpentry repairs by the end of the week.

Once carpentry repairs have wrapped up we will be able to move on to your exterior project!

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.
