Tuesday, September 21st: Good afternoon!

The crew has returned and completed the needed touch-ups at Coffman Condos. It has been our pleasure sprucing up the exteriors of your building! Thank you again for having us.

Monday, September 13th: Greetings!

The crew has wrapped up at Coffman Condos! They will be marking areas with blue tape and completing touch-ups within the next week or so.

Thursday, September 9th: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing to paint the metal railings and guard rails in the common areas at Coffman. They are tentative to be finishing up on Saturday. Thanks!

Tuesday, September 7th: Good afternoon!

We hope you all had a relaxing holiday weekend. The crew is onsite and turning the building corner to prep and paint the guard rails along the west side of the building.

We’ve got a Friday Rain Day! The crew will return Tuesday to continue with prep and painting.

The crew continues along the rear elevation to prep and paint the guard rails/residence railings.

Tuesday, August 31st: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing to paint the resident guard rails around the building. They are working clockwise starting at the front and working around to the back.

Thursday, August 26th: Hello and welcome to your project blog!

Ladders are going up to prep and paint the guard rails.

For your project we’ll be pressure washing and finishing select exterior surfaces including the ground level resident patio iron gates and sidelight fencing, the 2nd and 3rd level iron railing/guard railing and lastly the guard rail/railing of the underground parking lot.

The crew will begin today with hand clean, scraping, spot priming, and will be applying 1 top coat to the resident balcony railings. They’ll be completing the balconies in deck stack sections, starting in the front right side of the building and working clockwise across the front and around to the backside. We’ll be doing the common area railings around the parking areas after the resident railings are complete.

We’ll be onsite for about 7-8 days depending on weather delays. Overall, the project will have minimal impact on your daily routine.
