Painting Complete; Touch Ups remain

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for this year’s painting project at Evergreen HOA in Woodbury. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

Tuesday, July 28th: Greetings! 

The crew is continuing to paint on Building #4 today. They’ll be finished up with Building 4 and some touch ups tomorrow.

Monday, July 27th: Good afternoon! 

We hope you all had a great weekend! 

The crew is resuming on Building 4 today and should be wrapping up as well. They’ll be completing some touch ups painting to Buildings 1, 2, and 3 as well. It sounds like we are going to be painting so add-on areas as well.

Friday, July 24th: Greetings!

Happy Friday! It’s going to be a HOT one folks – stay cool out there 😎

The crew is continuing to prep and paint on Building 2 and 3. They will also be starting their prep and painting on Building 4. Building 1 is complete.

Thursday, July 23rd: Good afternoon! 

The crew had brought a 2nd crew onsite to they’ve begun to prep and paint on Building 3.

Wednesday, July 22nd: Greetings! 

We are back onsite after yesterday’s rain. The crew is continuing to prep around Building 1 and also begin painting. 

Painting on Building 1 is in progress.

Monday, July 20th: Good morning! 

We are back onsite and starting our prep and painting at Building #1. We are also washing the remaining 2 buildings – #3 and #4.

The crew is pressure washing Buildings 1 and 2 today.

Monday, July 13th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog! 

We’ll be kicking off your project this week with pressure washing two of the four buildings designated for painting this year – 1733 Kerry/1724 Donegal, 1729/1731 Kerry, 1732/1734 Kerry, and 1725/1727 Kerry. We are washing 1733 Kerry/1724 Donegal and the 1729/1731 Kerry Building.

For this year’s project we’ll be finishing the exterior surfaces of your buildings – soffits, fascia, shake siding, lap siding, front porch undersides, garage doors/frames, front doors/frames, sidelights, gable louvers, brackets, window frames, entry columns and railings, four season porch undersides and support posts where applicable. 

We kindly ask for the pressure washing that you remove all small items from the exterior of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access while washing. Thank you! 

We’ll soon post a route map and tentative finishing schedule so you can know when to anticipate the crew washing and then painting at your building. 

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, share photos, and provide alerts to any weather/rain delays as they come up.
