Project COMPLETE

Greetings and welcome to your upcoming exterior project at Wallington Berkley HOA in Blaine. We are looking forward to getting started on your project.

Thursday, September 7th: Painting is complete and we will be doing a walkthrough with management tomorrow afternoon.

You may see some tape up, but we will return and get it all taken care of.

Wednesday, August 16th: Good afternoon!

We have a final walk through pending with the association and will be back afterwards to complete any touch ups to the work completed.

You might see some blue tape up in some areas but do not worry as it shouldn’t be up for long.

Thursday, August 3rd: Greetings

Our crew is still working their way through Phase 2 of the project. Pressure washing has had enough time to dry which means it’s time for paint!

Tuesday, August 1st: Good morning!

We are making way through Phase 2 of this project. Phase 2 consists of the 52 units shows above. Today our crew is onsite to work on pressure washing and prepping your units for a fresh remodel.

Thursday, July 27th: Good afternoon!

As you may notice, we have posted blue pressure washing notices for your upcoming project. We anticipate to start this Monday, 7/31. We recommend taking down all fragile and small items around your property. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Wednesday, July 26th: Greetings!

Unfortunately the weather today does not allow us to come onsite. We hope to return onsite as soon as we can, weather permitting of course.

Thursday, July 20th: Good morning!

Long time no see! We haven’t been able to be back onsite since finishing up Phase 1 of your project. On the bright side, we are returning to start the pressure washing process for Phase 2. We are planning to be back onsite this coming week, there will be notices posted sometime before then. We look forward to being back onsite.

Monday, July 10th: Greetings!

Our crew has wrapped up the work on Phase 1. If you notice spots that are marked or have tape on them please do not remove them as they serve as a marker until we make touch ups.

Thursday, July 6th: Good morning!

Our crew is out bright and early this morning giving those mailboxes a fresh makeover. We are continuing to work on phase 1 still at this time. return back to this blog for further updates as your project continues.

The crew kicked things off with your project yesterday and so far everything is running smoothly! They are currently working on Building 3.

Monday, June 26th: Greetings and Welcome!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting at Wallington Berkley in Blaine. We are looking forward to working with and for you over the next few weeks!

This project will consist of painting the front door frames, garage door frames, mailbox posts as well as other miscellaneous finishings.

We are tentatively set to start pressure washing select buildings this Thursday 6/29, weather permitting of course. We kindly ask that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and small items from outside your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We anticipate that prep and painting start date to be — TBD. With the weather being the biggest factor in our schedule, we can’t commit to a start date for prep/painting.

We will soon post a tentative finishing schedule with dates for pressure washing and prep/painting in regards to each building.

We will be monitoring the weather and also updating the blog frequently throughout your project for progress, project photos, and any weather delays.
