Friday, June 19th: Good morning and happy Friday!
We are kicking off your project with pressure washing of the 12 units. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we’ll return to begin prepping and painting.
We will start on the front of the units at the 293 Unit and moving across towards the 315 Units – essentially from right to left.
We’ll see you back on Monday to begin our prep and painting. Have a great weekend!
Thursday, June 18th: Good afternoon!
Welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Cathedral Terrace. Thank you for having us. We are looking forward to getting started on Friday with pressure washing.
For your project, we’ll be prepping and finishing the exterior of your 12 units – soffits, fascia, entry pillars, decorative entry accents, wood window frames, porch ceilings, front doors/frames and kick plates, service doors/frames, and garage doors/frames.
We’ll be starting with pressure washing the included areas tomorrow. Kindly, remove any small items from the exterior of your home to allow safe and unobstructed access for washing.
After the substrates have had time to dry, we’ll return to begin our prep and painting starting at the first building on Monday, June 22nd.
Soon we’ll post a route map and anticipated finishing schedule. You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we will update it frequently, share photos, and alert you of any weather delays should they come up. Thank you!
