Route Map

Thursday, June 20th: Good morning!

The crew is just about done with the painting portion of the project. We’ll have our carpentry crew come out next week, projecting Monday and then the painting crew will return to paint those areas we completed some carpentry work at. Thanks!

Oaks on Main is shining bright!

Monday, June 17th: Good afternoon!

The crew had a productive weekend as we’re at Building #8 today.  We anticipate to finish up by week’s end, weather permitting!

The entry pillares are prepped and painted!

A completed Building at Oaks on Main— looking all fresh!

Friday, June 14th: Greetings and TGIF!

Lots happening around the Twin Cities this weekend to check out — looks like a beautiful weather weekend as well! The Stone Arch Festival is this weekend, Fri-Sun in Minneapolis along Main St. in Minneapolis and not far from there, Boom Island Festival is Sat-Sun. If you’re looking to cheer on the Twinkies, they’ve got a home- game stretch through next Wednesday and they are crushing it!

The crew started at Building #1 yesterday — garage frames, pillars, and entry trim. We’ll continue posting their progress so you can anticipate their arrival, though this project shouldn’t have too big an impact on your day-to-day activities. Thanks and have a great weekend!

The entry pillars get a fresh coat of paint.

The garage trim is shining bright!

Tuesday, June 13th: Hello and welcome to your project blog!

The rain is no obstacle for the crew- they are starting your project with pressure washing the entry pergolas and the mailbox stations.  As the weather allows they’ll begin their prep and painting of the selected areas.

All cleaned up after washing.

Friday, June 7th: Greetings and Happy Friday!

Welcome to your project blog! Here we’ll post several times a week with progress updates, project photos and any other pertinent information to your project!

We’ll be prepping and painting select wood trim (front door frames, garage door frames, pillas, and louvers, and privacy wall caps).  We are anticipating the project to take about 14-17 working days, with weather being the biggest factor in length of project.

Stay tuned here on the blog for more updates on your project! Thanks and we’ll see you next week!
