The crew is continuing to make their way around the route to paint the select trim areas. They are tentatively planning to be wrapping up on Monday, 5/10.

Thursday, May 6th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to prep, scrape and cover areas before beginning to paint the door frames – entry, garage, and patio doors.

Wednesday, May 5th: Good afternoon!

It’s project start day at Nottingham Meadows. The crew is kicking off with prepping the garage door frames and front door frames. They’ll begin painting them tomorrow.

Monday, May 3rd: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting at Nottingham Meadows. We are looking forward to refreshing the exterior of your buildings.

For your project, we’ll be prepping and painting select trim – front door frames, garage door frames, and rear patio frames throughout your association.

We’ll soon post the route the crew will follow as they are painting trim on each of your buildings. We will begin our painting on the 1st Building on Wednesday, 5/5.

We are requesting that you please leave your storm door unlocked (if applicable) so we can access the front door frame for painting. Please also do not remove tape from the included areas, this project is completed in multiple steps and may result in the tape being up between preparation & finishing tasks – thank you!

We are anticipating each building to take about 6-8 working days to complete. Overall, there should be little impact on your daily activities throughout this project.

Weather will have the biggest impact on our scheduling so please check back here for updates pertaining to rain days.
