Wednesday, August 11th:

Tuesday, August 10th: Good morning!

We’ve added time slots for this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to make our final attempt to paint your door in the open position. Please make an appointment as that is the best way to assure your door is painted. The crew will also knock on doors when they don’t have appointments, but those scheduled doors will take priority over knocking.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Monday, August 2nd: Good morning!

Thank you to everyone who opened their door over the weekend and also those who made appointments. We appreciate your time and also patience as we tried to skip to the schedule as best we could!

Buildings 35- 45 have another round of door painting this week — please use the calendar above to size up and be home to open your door to be painted.

Thank you!

Friday, July 30th: Greetings!

The crew is working on wrapping up Buildings 1-24 today and tomorrow. If you are in this section of buildings and have not yet had your door painted, please make an appointment using the ORANGE calendar above. If you do not make an appointment or open your door when the crew knocks it will be painted in the closed position tomorrow after 12 pm.

The crew will return next Thursday 8/5, Friday 8/6, & Saturday 8/7 to continue painting the front doors at Buildings 25-45. You can schedule an appointment if this is your section using the GREEN calendar above.

Thank you and enjoy your weekend!

Monday, June 26th: Good afternoon!

We want to thank those who made appointments for their door to be painted thus far! If you’ve also had to wait some time for our crew to arrive, we also thank you. We do our best to get set up with appointments and keep them, but we do know it’s not a fool proof system and we do our best to problem solve as things come up.

This week we’ll take appointments for doors in Buildings 25 – 45. Please schedule above in the GREEN calendar. This week there are times available on Wednesday and Thursday. The following week, you can schedule a time on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

For those doors in Buildings 1-24, we’ll return this week for our final attempt to paint your door in the open position and will then paint it while closed on Saturday 7/31 if you have not scheduled an appointment. Thank you!

Friday, June 23rd: Good morning!

The crew is onsite and continuing to paint your front doors. They are making their way through the appointments. Thank you to those who have used the calendar tool to sign up!

Happy Friday! Door painting is underway and the results are looking great.

Wednesday, July 14th: Good morning!

We will be painting your resident front doors next week Wednesday 7/21, Thursday 7/22, Friday 7/23, and Saturday 7/24. The crew will be knocking on doors and if you are home, kindly open the door to be painted. Once painted, the doors will need to be left open a minimum of 3 hours to dry after the final coat is applied.

If you prefer to sign up for a block of time to have your door painted, please use the calendar scheduling tool above to make an appointment and one of our crew will be available at your scheduled time to complete the painting. Please reach out if you have any questions!

***We will only be painting the front doors at Buildings 1-24 next week. The crew will then return the following week to paint the front doors at the remaining 21 Buildings. We will also have a few days once both weeks are finished that you can have your door painted as well in case the week your door was supposed to be painted did not work.

Wednesday, June 23rd: Greetings Residents of Bailey’s Arbor in Woodbury!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming trim painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.

We have a crew that will be kicking off prepping & painting on the first building on Monday, 6/28. This is a large project that will likely take about 4-6 weeks to complete all buildings. However, each individual building will take less time to complete.

We ask that you please unlock your front storm door in preparation for the crew’s arrival and remove any personal belongings away from your front porch.

At a later time, we will be posting a notice regarding a painting of the front doors. This task will require the participation of each resident to paint the front doors in the open position. We will be providing information on this in the coming weeks.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.

We are looking forward to getting started next week!

Very disappointed! I made an appt online like was suggested, 10-11am slot on Saturday. No one showed up, no one called or anything. I called at 11:15 and 45 minutes later someone showed but I had to tell them that we were leaving because I had prior commitments. So now my door has to be painted closed. Very displeased at the fact that there was no communication about being late.

Hi Nicole, We’d like to apologize for being late for your appointment. We agree that it’s disappointing to wait when you had followed our instructions to get your door painted. I think there were last minute add ons that had shuffled the schedule a bit and that pushed them behind schedule. We will be making sure for future door projects to stay ahead of late appointments and communicate this to residents. Thanks.
