Route Map – Willow Court

Friday, June 28th: Good afternoon and TGIF!

It’s a beautiful day and the crew is happily back onsite in the sunshine! They’re starting at Building #15 today and they are anticipating to finish up today as well. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Checking another deck off the list!

Wrapping up on Building #16.

Thursday, June 27th: We’ve got ourselves a Rain Day, folks!

The storm is a brewing and the crew will resume their prep and painting as the weather allows – thanks!

Wednesday, June 26th: Good afternoon!

The crew is back in action and continuing to prep and paint your decking areas. They started this morning at Building #5.

Painting the railing and deck spindles first.

Spindles, handrails, and posts – oh my!

We’re halfway there!

Tuesday, June 25: Greetings!

With all of the rain we got yesterday and the combined nature of your project, deck painting — we’ll be pressing pause for one more day at Willow Creek. We’ll return tomorrow and pick up at Building #5. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Monday, June 24th: Good morning residents of Willow Court. We hope you all had a great weekend!

It’s too wet and rainy for the crews to resume their prep and painting today — we’ll be back tomorrow. Thanks!

Thursday, June 20th: Good afternoon!

Brief update for today and tomorrow- the crew resumed at Buildings #3 and #4 today. They’re completing about 2-3 per day so you can count out the days to when we’ll be at your Building with weather playing a factor into their workflow. Thanks!

Wednesday, June 19th: Greetings!

The crew has started to prep and paint the included areas on your rear residence decks. Thanks!

Prepping and painting along your deck- floor boards, railing, and spindles.

Painting one of the deck lattice areas.

Tuesday, June 18th: Good afternoon!

And just like that the crew is finished with the pressure washing portion of the project.

They’ll begin tomorrow on Building #1 with prepping and staining your decks. Stay tuned for progress photos and project updates. Thanks!

Monday, June 17th: Hello and happy project start day!

We had a slight hiccup this morning as we realized there wasn’t accessible water onsite. However, thanks to those homeowners who offered their access so we could get started washing your decking areas. Thank you SO much!

Thursday, June 13th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for this year’s deck staining project. We’ll be pressure washing and then prepping and staining your rear residence decks- including stairs where applicable, support posts, deck fascia, previously stained joists, railings, and deck floors. We’ll also be staining your side entrance decks where applicable- including stairs, support posts, fascia, railings, lattice, and deck floors.

On Monday we’ll begin pressure washing the included areas and we ask that you please clear the area for pressure washing- thanks!

Stay tuned here on the blog for progress updates, project photos and any delays that may come up- weather will play the biggest factor in any delays. We’ll post a route map soon to designate the order in which we’ll pressure wash and then stain the applicable decking.
