Tuesday, September 13th: Greetings residents of Excelsior and Grand. First and foremost we want to thank the residents for all their cooperation in helping facilitate access to their units for deck staining. We also want to thank the onsite Keepers of the Key for streamlining the process. We are happy to report that the decks have been completed and the team will be onsite this Thursday to inspect the work.

Friday, September 2nd: Hello and happy Friday!

We’ve updated the schedule for the end of next week. The crew is moving a bit ahead of schedule thus, some units have been shifted from Wednesday -> Tuesday’s schedule and also some from Thursday -> Wednesday.

Thank you again for your cooperation and participation while we refresh your decks!

Monday, August 29th: Good Morning Residents!

Due to the rain over the weekend your decks are still too wet for us to get started on your project today. We have revised the schedule posted above to reflect these delays. We apologize for an inconvenience this delay may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding.

Thursday, August 25th: Greetings Residents of Lofts of Excelsior & Grand!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project. We are looking forward to refreshing your decks!

We are starting with staining the included decks following the above listed schedule. For this project, we’ll be prepping and staining your deck floors.

We kindly request that homeowners remove personal items off their deck to allow for safe & unobstructed access for staining.

This project will require homeowner cooperation to access decks through individual units. Please follow along at the schedule above to find out when we will need to gain access to your individual unit. Check back regularly as we will be updating the schedule as the project progresses. We are projecting the staining work on the first units to begin as soon as Monday, August 29th.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
