The crew has completed all of the touch ups which means your project is officially finished!  It has been a pleasure working with and for you on this. 

Wednesday, September 18th: Good morning!

The crew continued to make great progress on your project and has completed staining at all of your buildings!  They will still be returning once more to complete any needed touch ups.

Friday, September 13th: Happy Friday!

The crew is onsite and working away this gorgeous Friday.  Today they will be staining at Buildings 9 and 10.

Thursday, September 12th: Greetings!

The crew has completed Buildings 1 – 5 so far for your project.  You may resume use of your deck 24 hours after the staining is complete!

Wednesday, September 11th: Good afternoon!

There is currently a product delay so the crew will not be returning onsite until Friday.  Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Tuesday, September 10th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to work diligently on your project.  They have begun the staining process and have made their way to Building # 6.

Wednesday, September 4th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and has made their way to Building # 5 for pressure washing.  They will also get to Building # 6 today.

The carpentry crew was also onsite today to complete the included repairs.  If your unit was on the list and your repairs were not completed, please send an email to one of the contacts listed below.

Monday, September 2nd: Greetings Residents of Highgrove!

Welcome to your project blog!  We are excited to be back onsite with you this year.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in your association on Tuesday, September 3rd.  We kindly request that you please move all personal items / furniture from & under deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access.  If you do not remove your contents, the crew will skip your unit and you may be subject to additional costs imposed by the management / association.

Pressure washing will start on the South end of the property and proceed counterclockwise.  We anticipate the entire project in your association will likely take approximately 10 – 12 days to complete (weather permitting).  Once the decks have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & staining tasks on Monday, September 9th. 

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer.  In order to access the most up to date information, projected washing / staining schedule or any weather delays / impacts, please check back here.
