We are going to be getting started on Building #3 and will also be posting notices soon for residents to make appointments for their front doors. Here are some additional photos of today as well that include the unpainted carpentry repairs as well as the prep work:

Tuesday, July 21st: Good afternoon! We are back onsite today and the second building we will start painting trim after the crew breaks for lunch.

Tomorrow, our Project Manager, Dana, will be stopping by for a visit and will film a project update video.

Here are a few photos of the action from yesterday onsite:

Monday, July 20th: Good morning all – we are onsite today despite the rain we received overnight. We will be working to schedule the community for front door appointments here in the next few weeks.

Have a great start to your week! Here’s an update from your Production Supervisor, Jason, who was onsite this morning:

Friday, July 17th: Hello all – please see an update from the Project Manager, Dana, while onsite today. We plan to be onsite on Saturday for a portion of the day as long as conditions allow!

Thursday, July 16th: Hello all – today we began the prep of Building 2.  We also wanted you to know that dryer vents are being covered as part of the painting process.  You may experience possible laundry delays during the painting process due to the vents being covered; we will do our best to keep them covered for only as long as required for painting. Thank you very much for your patience!

Tomorrow our Project Manager, Dana, will be onsite doing a check in.

Wednesday, July 15th: Hello all – please see the update from your Production Supervisor, Jason, who was onsite late Tuesday and is giving a general update.

Tuesday, July 14th: We’re onsite today and our carpentry crew is also working alongside the painting prep. We hope you are staying cool out there! We hope to have some more videos / photos for you later on today!

Monday, July 13th: Good morning all – we have completed the pressure washing and we have started on Building #1 – prepping the building for paint. At this time, we estimate that we’ll be completing each building in about four days as long as we don’t receive any rain.

This week the forecast is hot but no precipitation is in the forecast.

Friday, July 10th: Hello all – we are back again for more pressure washing today and Saturday. We will begin prep of building #1 next week.

Thursday, July 9th: Hello all – we are onsite beginning the pressure washing today. We appreciate your help in keeping items away from your building while we are pressure washing and/or painting.

More to come with an onsite report / video from the project team. Thanks for allowing us to work on your spaces!

Here is our Day One Video – thanks for checking it out!

Wednesday, July 8th: Hello all – see the welcome video from your Project Manager, Dana, below!

Thursday, July 2nd: Hello all – welcome to your blog. We will have a welcome video up next week introducing you to our team and going over more about the scope of the project and what you can expect.

In the next day we will be posting physical notices at your residence – we thank you for your cooperation in moving your items next week to allow for the pressure washing!

Wednesday, July 1st: Greetings Residents of Rice Lake Woods!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting and carpentry project. We are excited to be back onsite this year!

Our crew will be kicking off on Thursday, 7/9 with pressure washing the first buildings. We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Carpentry will begin on Friday, July 10th.

Once the substrates have had enough time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included areas of your home.

This is a large project that will likely take about 5 – 7 weeks to complete all buildings in the 2026 scope of work. Please look at our projected schedule for when work is to be performed on your specific building.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.

We are looking forward to getting started next week!
