We apologize for the delay in updates but we are returning with good news… The crew has completed your project! It has been our pleasure working with and for you. Thank you again for having us!

Tuesday, May 30th: Good morning!

We hope everyone had a good Memorial Day weekend! Due to the rain today our crew will not be able to make it onsite for a walk through. We hope to complete your project as soon as we can , weather permitting of course. Have a great day!

Friday, May 26th: Good afternoon residents of Brandlwood Farms!

We will be completing the last of the buildings for this year’s phase!

Soon our project supervisors will doing a walk through so that we can then take care of anything that we might have missed.

Long time no see! we do apologize for the lack of updates on our part here on the blog. Quick update however, Building number 5 is currently in progress and is projected to be done by Friday! Once we have finished Building 5 we are hoping to start the next Building shortly.

Friday, April 28th: Greetings Residents of Brandlwood Farms!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being back onsite and refreshing your exteriors.

For this year’s project, we will be prepping & painting siding, garage door frames, front doors & frames (including sidelights where applicable), deck railings, deck skirts, deck posts, patio door frames / kickplates, wood window frames, entryway railings, wood fasica & soffits and gas meters on 5 buildings.

We have a crew that will be kicking off with pressure washing on Monday, 5/8 which will likely take a couple days to complete. We ask that you please remove any personal belongings from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access to these areas for washing.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back to start prepping and painting the exterior of your building. We are projecting this prepping & finishing on the first building to start on Wednesday or Thursday, 5/11 or 5/12.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
