Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the pressure washing project at Mirror Lake. We are thrilled you found us!

The crew will be starting with the condominiums and going around to the townhomes.

Friday, July 29th: Happy Friday!

The crew has wrapped things up with your project. Today your project supervisor, Jesse, will come out to do a final walk through of the project. Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, July 27th: Good morning!

The crew is onsite and they are continuing to pressure wash your buildings. They are currently working on Buildings 4008 and 4010. The crew will most likely have all of the buildings washed by the end of the day tomorrow.

Pressure washing is underway!

Tuesday, July 26th: PROJECT UPDATE 12:26 PM

The crew is onsite today and have begun pressure washing the siding. We just connected with the team lead and they seem to have 3 pressure washers going simultaneously. The last time we saw a coordinated effort like this was the synchronized diving events at the last summer games in Tokyo!

At this rate, barring any unforeseen change to the schedule, we are projecting completion of the project by the end of this week. Of course, there’s always the possibility that this could change so stay tuned right here on the blog for the latest status.

Tuesday, July 26th: Greetings Residents of Mirror Lake. Perhaps some of you have found your way here by virtue of physical notices that were posted onsite. If so, welcome! This year’s project entails us pressure washing the vinyl siding on all 13 buildings that are part of the association as well as select substrates on the “condo buildings” including your deck floors/top handrails, garage doors, front/rear entrances, and patios where applicable.

Pressure washing got underway on Monday, 7/25 and as we settle into the rhythm of the project, we should have a more accurate idea of how long the project will take. We were delayed slightly yesterday when we determined that it was necessary to use a water trailer for water access for pressure washing so apologies for the delayed publication of the blog.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer.
