Tuesday, September 13th: Greetings residents of Calibre Ridge! We hope your week is off to a terrific start! Now that we are tiptoeing into fall, mornings are cooler and working conditions during the day are absolutely optimal! The fellas are currently working on Building #4 (173-197) and have completed Buildings #1 – #3, which will be inspected by the production team for touchups hopefully this week yet. There is the chance of rain the latter part of this week which may impact project timelines so stay tuned for project updates right here on the blog.
Don’t worry Calibre Ridge, when it comes to keeping paint where paint is supposed to be, we’ve got you COVERED!
For the areas of siding exhibiting rust, to mitigate future recurrence, the team is spot priming these areas with Sherwin Williams “Pro-Cryl” Universal Metal Primer.
Monday, August 29th: Good Morning Residents!
The storms over the weekend have impacted our projected schedule and have caused a few delays. We have made updates to the schedule to reflect these changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding.
Thursday, August 18th: Greetings Residents of Calibre Ridge Townhomes!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being back onsite with you this summer!
We plan to begin pressure washing on Wednesday, 8/24. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for pressure washing.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to start prepping & painting.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We’re looking forward to getting started!
