Thursday, July 2nd: Good morning!
The crew will resume their painting today and tomorrow. They’re working starting at Buildings 12 and 13 today.
Then we’ll be back onsite on Monday, 7/6 after the holiday weekend.

We are prepping and painting at Buildings 10 and 11 today.

After yesterday’s rain we are back at it!
The crew is starting off at Building #8 today.

There is a rain delay today due to all of the overnight and morning rain. The crew will return as surfaces dry out. We will keep you posted!

We are back at it! The crew is continuing with their carpentry repairs and also painting of your front door frames.
Wednesday, June 24th: Good afternoon!
The crew is working their way around your front door frames and garage door frames. There are carpenters on Building #5 and the painters are at Buildings # 2 and #3 — they’ll move onto #4 tomorrow as well.

We are off and running at Cardinal Ridge with finishing your front door frames and garage door frames. They’re also completing some carpentry work along the way as well.

Welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Cardinal Ridge. Thank you for having us. We are looking forward to getting start soon.
For your project, we’ll be prepping and finishing front door frames and garage door frames.
We will also be completing select carpentry repairs that have been designated already across the association —note only select areas are being repaired.
Soon we’ll post a route map and anticipated finishing schedule. You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we will update it frequently, share photos, and alert you of any weather delays should they come up. Thank you!
