Monday, October 14th: Good morning! 

The crew has wrapped their painting on the exterior buildings at Coach Homes of Shelard. The only outstanding item are several front doors. Please schedule an appointment using the calendar above for this Wednesday, 10/16 between 9am – 12pm. Thanks! 

It has been our pleasure painting at your association over the last two months and we appreciate your patience as we had some delays due to weather— rain and Lots of it!

Monday, October 7th: Hello and happy Monday!

The crew is back onsite and prepping and painting Buildings 7 – 10 and the fencing areas. Stay tuned for further details regarding the remaining door painting dates. Thanks!

Thursday, October 3rd: Good morning! 

The crew is back onsite today and they are painting the roof caps as well as areas the carpenters recently replaced. 

Reminder* we’ll be painting the remaining front doors this Friday and Saturday. Please schedule a specific time to have your door painted. We will paint doors closed if you have not yet opened your door or scheduled an appointment by Saturday, 10/5. Thanks!

We’ve still got some pretty wet surfaces. We’ll be holding off on prep and painting for today. Thanks for your patience!

Monday, September 30th: Good afternoon!

The crew is cruising into October while prepping and painting the sidelights of the front doors as well as the roof vent caps. Thanks!

Wednesday, September 25th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is painting at Building 10, the last building and will then move onto painting the common area garages, roof vents, chimney caps, and the remaining doors. We’ll be onsite this Thursday and Friday between 9am – 4pm painting doors if you’d like to schedule an appointment as well as Saturday between 9am-12pm. 

You can use the calendar tool above to select a day and time that works for your schedule to be home and open your door to have it painted in the open position. Thanks in advance for your participation!

Thursday, September 19th: Greetings! 

The crew is off and running painting many of the residence doors today. There is still time to schedule an appointment for Friday or Saturday – you can use the calendar tool above! 

The crew is also continuing their prep and painting of your buildings and are currently on Building 8 – thanks!

Wednesday, September 18th: Good morning! 

With the rain, the crew is holding off until the afternoon to resume their prep and painting. 

Also, you may have seen the door painting notices we posted yesterday. We will be painting doors on Thursday, 9/19, Friday, 9/20, and Saturday 9/21 at the times listed above- 9am-4pm on Thursday/Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday. Please utilize the calendar tool above to make an appointment. Thanks!

Monday, September 16th: Good morning and happy Monday! Hopefully you don’t encounter too many spritely Packer fans today!

After last weeks’ rain, the crew is happily back at work. They’re prepping and painting, starting at Building #7 with the trim and then tomorrow they’ll move onto Building #8. Thanks!

We’ve got ourselves another rain delay. The forecast looks on and off rain for the remainder of the day, but clear tomorrow. We’ll update the blog if the surfaces will be dry enough for us to be onsite tomorrow – maybe mid day. Thanks!

Tuesday, September 10th: Good morning! 

The crew is onsite and completing some prep work as well as door frame and door painting. With the rain from yesterday and the cooler morning, we’re going to hold off until it’s drier to begin painting. 

We’ll be pressure washing the last two Buildings – #9 and #10 on Thursday, 9/12. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

Friday, September 6th: TGIF! 

Football Season is upon us! Green Bay and Chicago kicked off the 10th season last night at Soldier Field with a pretty uneventful win by the Packers. The Viking will start off their season with a home game against Atlanta on Sunday — SKOL!!!

The crew is prepping and painting on Building 6 and then they’ll move onto Building 7 tomorrow. Have a great weekend!

Friday, August 30th: Hello and TGIF! 

Those roads we drive on the way to the offices and homes we work and live in…somebody built ’em. May we take a moment to reflect  on the principles of hard work that make this country great! As we celebrate Labor Day, we’d like to take a moment to recognize our diligent and hard working crews. Oh, and eat some food on a stick too. Happy Labor Day every one!

Thursday, August 29th: Greetings! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint the trim and garage areas for Buildings 1 – 4. They’ll pressure wash the next several building (#5- #8) on Friday, August 30th and then begin prepping and painting starting on Tuesday, September 3rd. Thanks!

Tuesday, August 27th: Greetings! 

The crew is prepping and painting on buildings 1, 2, and 3 today. They are painting trim areas on 1 and 2 and then garages at building 3.

We hope you all had a great weekend! The crew is not onsite today due to the rain, but will resume as the weather allows — hoping for tomorrow!

Monday, August 19th: Hello and Happy Monday! 

It’s going to be a beautiful week!

The crew is off and running at Coach Homes of Shelard! We’ve started with pressure washing the buildings and the included trim areas and common area elements. We’ll be pressure washing the 1st and 2nd buildings and then returning on Wednesday to begin painting.

Thursday, August 15th: Good afternoon and welcome to your project blog! 

For this year’s project we’ll be prepping and painting select trim on the first building starting on Monday, August 19th. We’ve posted a route map above to indicate the path the crew will follow when painting each of your buildings/units. 

You can continue to the follow the project’s progress here on the blog as we’ll post updates frequently as well as project photos and any delays should they come up. 

We anticipate the project in it’s entirely to take about a month, with weather playing a large factor in disrupting our timeline and work schedule. Though this is a large project, it should have little impact on your daily routine.
