For this year’s project we’ll be prepping and painting select trim on the first building starting on Monday, August 19th. We’ve posted a route map above to indicate the path the crew will follow when painting each of your buildings/units.

You can continue to the follow the project’s progress here on the blog as we’ll post updates frequently as well as project photos and any delays should they come up.

We anticipate the project in it’s entirely to take about a month, with weather playing a large factor in disrupting our timeline and work schedule. Though this is a large project, it should have little impact on your daily routine.

Thank you again for having us and we’ll see you on Monday!
