Greeting and welcome to the project blog for the upcoming painting project at Questwood Townhomes. We are looking forward to getting started!

Monday, August 17th: Good morning! 

The crew is onsite and finishing up remaining items. We’ll also be marking areas that will need touch ups – please leave up any blue tape. Thanks!

Friday, August 14th: Good afternoon! 

Happy Friday! 

The crew is completed with the foundation block painting and are currently working on the deck staining portion of the project. We are hoping to wrap up today as well. Thanks!

Wednesday, August 12th: Greetings! 

We’ve got a rain delay today. The crew plans to return tomorrow to prep and paint the foundation and potentially start the garage doors as well. This will take 1-2 days and then we’ll begin to stain decks as the surfaces have dried out enough. Thank you!

Monday, August 10th: Good morning! 

The crew will be pressure washing the included decking today as well as the building foundations. They’ll return on Wednesday to begin staining and painting. 

We’ll be moving from right to left, which is East to West. They’ll work in this way to stain the decks (only on 4 of the buildings) and paint foundation. The garage doors will be last. 

Tuesday, July 28th: Good afternoon! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting and staining project. We’ll be prepping and finishing the deck floor, cap railing, stairs, and handrail and 8 select decks (excluded at 1601-1609), the foundation on the 5 association buildings, and finally the garage doors at 1665 & 1649. 

We’ll soon post a route map and anticipated finishing schedule so you can know when to expect us at your unit.
