Lylewood Glen – Carver

Lylewood Glen – Carver

Painting Complete; waiting on nests

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project at Lylewood Glen in Carver. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

Wednesday, July 1st: Greetings!

The crew has wrapped at Lylewood aside from areas where there were bird nests. We’ll return once the areas are clear to finish any remaining painting. Thanks!

Monday, June 29th: Good morning!

There is a rain delay today due to all of the overnight and morning rain. The crew will return as surfaces dry out. We will keep you posted!

Friday, June 26th: Good afternoon and happy Friday!

The crew is pressing pause for today with the wet surfaces from rain. They’ll resume tomorrow. The crew has about 7 units left to complete. They are hoping to be wrapping up tomorrow or maybe into Monday. For the units we skipped because of birds’ nests, we’ll complete those once they have left the nests and we can work safely around them. Thanks!

Thursday, June 25th: Greetings!

The crew is prepping and staining the entry posts today.

Accents are looking good!

Tuesday, June 23rd: Greetings!

The crew has completed your pressure washing of the included areas for staining — entry posts and accents. We are waiting on stain approval and then the crew will return to begin staining at the beginning of the route, posted above. Thanks!

Friday, June 19th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Lylewood Glen. Thank you for having us. We are looking forward to getting started next week!

For your project, we’ll be prepping and staining your front entry accents. We’ll begin on Monday with pressure washing the included areas – we kindly ask that you remove all small personal items from your front entry during the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete you may return items to their place.

The pressure washing will take several days to complete all units.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to start staining at the first building and will be working their way through the property. We are anticipating the project to take 18-14 working days to complete, weather permitting.

We’ll soon post a route map and anticipated finishing schedule.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we will update it frequently, share photos, and alert you of any weather delays should they come up. Thank you!
