Greetings and welcome to your project blog for your upcoming painting project at Century Commons in Oakdale. We are thrilled to be onsite this summer to spruce up your exteriors.

Thursday, September 7th: Good afternoon!

We have completed the painting project in your association. We thank you for allowing us to be a part of this project!

The crew is currently working on building #26 and following the route on the map listed above.

Wednesday, August 9th: Good morning!

The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they are prepping and painting Building 3.

Our crew will begin pressure washing on decking in the first building of our proposed sequence on Monday, August 7th. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home and items away from your deck railings to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

After the decking surfaces have been washed, the wood will need time to dry and during that time we will begin painting front door frames & garage door frames on Tuesday, August 8th in our proposed sequence. We anticipate that the entire project (deck painting and trim painting) will be completed within 3-4 weeks. However, your unit/building will be completed much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association as soon as possible to begin deck preparation and painting on the first building in our proposed sequence on Wednesday, August 9th.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior project. We are excited to be working together this year!

Once roofing has taken place we will be coming out to start pressure washing your buildings. The start date is TBA at this time, but we’re hoping it will be soon.

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

Once the surfaces have had time to dry we will return to begin finishing your decking.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.
