Friday, June 24th: Greetings Residents of Greenbrier!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to sprucing up your exteriors.
Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in the association on Tuesday, 6/28. We kindly request that homeowners please remove personal items off of their deck to allow for safe & unobstructed access for pressure washing. If you do not remove your contents, the crew will skip your unit and you may be subject to additional costs imposed by management / the association.
We anticipate the entire project will likely take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. However, your individual unit will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather will likely impact our finishing schedule as well. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & painting tasks as early as Tuesday, 7/5.
We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer. In order to access the most up to date information, projected washing / painting schedule, or any other weather delays / impacts, please check back here frequently.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We’re looking forward to getting started next week!
