Villas at Waterstone Bay – Blaine

Monday, June 29th – Front Door Painting Completed

Greetings and welcome to the official blog for the painting project at Villas at Waterstone Bay in Blaine. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

Monday, June 29th: For those of you who received red notices on your doors late last week, you discovered that this past Saturday was the final make up day designated to have your door painted in the open position. We want to take a moment and offer a HUGE THANK YOU to all the residents that took the time to either answer their door when we knocked and/or those residents that took the initiative to schedule a specific time for your door painting. Because of your cooperation, we painted the vast majority of the doors in the OPEN POSITION! We will publish the exact percentages later, but overall, it was a huge success. Thanks!

This is the route the crew will be following at Villas at Waterstone Bay.

Monday, June 15th: And just like that, June is halfway over. Time flies when you’re having fun, as they say. Prep will be underway on Tueseday on the 12260/12290 Buildings and after the guys finish the trim areas, DOOR PAINTING WILL COMMENCE ON THURSDAY, JUNE 18TH. PLEASE KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED FOR THE NOTICES THAT WE WILL BE POSTING LATER TODAY. They will provide you with instructions for door painting, and you will also have the opportunity to schedule a specific time to have your door painted. We will be onsite between the hours of 8-5 Thursday through Saturday knocking on doors, as broken out by the sections below. Please see the sections broken out below and anticipate painters knocking on your door, or you can schedule a specific time on the day that we will be painting in your section. For those homeowners that we are unable to coordinate painting with, there will be 1 or 2 make up days to complete all unpainted doors. If we make 3 unsuccesful attempts to paint your door in the open position, it will be painted in the closed position. Thanks!

Friday, June 12th: After the rains have dissipated, the crew is back today to resume trim painting at Villas at Waterstone. They are making their way up Urbank and should complete Buildings #12210 and #12240 today. If the weather cooperates, work will continue tomorrow with the possibility of completing the trim areas on all of the included areas. Please keep your eyes peeled for front door notices which will give homeowners instrucations as to how to schedule specific times to have their door painted. Thanks everybody!

Thursday, June 11th: No painting @ Villas today due to rainy conditions.

Wednesday, June 10th: Another gorgeous day before what they’re saying is going to be the “storm of the summer” on Thursday equated to more progress being made at Villas at Waterstone Bay! The fellas made it to the 12130 Building and we will return onsite as soon as we are able to tackle the remaining 4 buildings.

Tuesday, June 9th: Happy Tuesday Villas at Waterstone Bay. The good news is that a signicicant amount of prep was completed yesterday…the not so good news is that we have run into a bit of a logjam with regard to colors. Thankfully, there’s been great communication with residents and your association manager which has enabled us to proactively address the color inconsistencies and bring your association to a more uniform appearance. Special thanks to the residents of 12215 for their patience as we dial in the match. As is standard operating procedure, our project coordinator Nick was onsite marking areas for touch-ups and please remember that we don’t deem any project complete or satisfactory until our clients are satisfied with the end result. As we wait for the colors to get confirmed for the first few buildings, the guys will continue to prep buildings 12185 and 12175.

Monday June 8th: Greetings residents of Villas at Waterstone Bay. We hope your week is off to a great start. Any time our day starts with sunshine and temperatures in the 70’s/80’s we are automatically in a good mood! As you may have deduced from the above site map, the crew is getting things started at 12265, 12245, and 12215 and making their way around the outside perimeter of your property, moving clockwise. Obviously, the first step in getting any painting project underway is thorough and meticulous prep, which will be visible to residents with a fair amount of tape around all the included areas. Upon day’s end, we should have a better idea of how much the crew is getting done per day, and we will keep you posted with those details as they emerge. Any questions, you know where to find us. Thanks!

The plan right now is to get things underway beginning next week and for a synopis of what we will be painting at your association, please check out the video below! Included are your front door frames, entry brackets, and garage door frames. As the project progresses, please don’t hesitate to use the blog to schedule your front door painting. Thanks so much!
