Monday, August 19th: Hello and Happy Monday! 

It’s going to be a beautiful week!

The crew is nearing the finish line for the final building at Steeplechase. They’re prepping and painting trim areas, window frames, and doors.

Wednesday, August 14th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is continuing to prep section, spray the siding, and then paint the trim on Building #5. They anticipate to be completed by Friday or Saturday morning, weather permitting.

Back to the grind after the weekend! The crew is continuing to prep and paint their way around Building #5. They’re are anticipating to finish up mid-week, weather pending. Thanks!

Friday, August 9th: Hello and TGIF! 

It’s a beautiful day for prepping and painting in Eagan! And it looks like the weekend should be pretty nice as well!

The crew started their prep work on Building #5, the final building in this year’s project.

The crew is wrapping up on Building #4  and will move to Building #5 tomorrow.

Tuesday, August 6th: Good afternoon! 

Today is National Night Out and your neighborhood surely has something planned — be it a potluck, bbq, bounce house for the kiddies, ice cream social, the possibilities are endless really! National Night Out was started as an annual campaign to foster community building and promote police-community partnerships. Often local police or firefighters stop and visit or even give safety demonstrations. We hope you all have a great night connecting with neighbors!

The crew has wrapped on Building #3 and are now prepping and painting on Building #4. With continued dry weather, they are anticipating the begin on Building #5 at the end of the week as well!

Wednesday, July 31st: Good afternoon!

It’s another beautiful day and the crew is loving the weather for being outside to prep and paint your buildings. They are continuing to prep and paint on Building #3— covering areas, spot priming areas, and spraying the top coat.

Tuesday, July 30th: Greetings! 

We are less than a month away from the Great Minnesota Get- Together and a list of 53 new drink options has been released. We all know that that fair may be know for all of the foodie options, mostly fried and many on a stick of course! Yet, it seems we’re becomming creative with beers, spritzers, seltzers, meads, mimosas, etc etc many of which have clever names- case in point the ‘Berry Manilow’ which is a lightly hoppy beer brewed with homemade lemonade and pureed raspberries from Utepils Brewing. What another beautiful day! The crew is prepping and painting on Building #3— our mix up for posting #3 and #5, we’ll only be on #3 at this time. Thanks!

Friday, July 26th: Hello and TGIF! 

We’ve made it to the weekend and the Minneapolis Aquatennial celebration continues tonight and tomorrow- daytime activies include the Loring Park Art Festival, prep-firework celebrations, and the famed Target Fireworks on Saturday night!

The crew has completed the remaining pressure washing and the painting on Building #1 and #2. We’ll begin on Buildings #3 and #5 on Monday, 7/29.

Tuesday, July 23rd: Good morning! 

We’d like to apologize for the confusion regarding pressure washing the remaining buildings — the crew did not wash yesterday. They will be onsite today completing the pressure washing of Buildings 3, 4, and 5. Thanks!

Monday, July 22nd:Hello and Happy Monday! 

Can you believe we’re only one month out from the ‘Great Minnesota Get-together?!’ That means one month to gear up for consuming ALL of the foods— pronto pups, Martha’s cookies, corn, cheese curds, fried pickles, and the list is endless… there are also some great groups playing at the Grandstand— check it out here

Friday, July 19th: Hello and TGIF! 

Inspired by this ‘Fire-y’ hot weather we’re having, we wanted to share Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show video of the Avengers: Endgame cast singing ‘We Didn’t Start the Fire’ — now stay cool out there! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint Building #2. They’ll also be pressure washing Buildings 3, 4, and 5 on Monday — thanks in advance for your cooperation to move items from the exterior of your building. Have a great weekend!

As the 2019 Emmy Award nominees were recently announced, let’s throw it back to 2000 and a few of that’s year’s winners for #ThrowbackThursday:  Comedy Series- Will & Grace, Outstanding Drama Series – West Wing, Best Actor for Comedy Serious- Michael J Fox in Spin City, and Best Actress for Comedy Seriues- Patricia Heaton in Everybody Loves Raymond. The crew is picking back up where they left off with their prep and painting of Building #1. They are anticipating to begin Building #2 on Monday, 7/15, weather permitting.

The crew is off and running at Steeplechase. They are starting to prep and paint on Building #1, according to the map shown above. The crew is anticipating to complete each building in 3-4 working days. Thanks!

Our site and crew supervisor will be checking the pressure washing that was completed and then the crew will begin their prep and painting on Monday, 7/8. Thanks so much for your patience as we get everything ready to roll and have a great 4th of July weekend!

Thursday, June 27th: Good afternoon! 

Welcome to your project blog! The crew completed the pressure washing portion of the project yesterday, the weather gods have blessed us with rain today, and we’re hoping to be back onsite tomorrow to begin prepping and painting on Building #1, 4898-4904 Steeplchase Ct. 

For this year’s project we’ll be prepping and painting the siding, fascia, garage doors/frames, front doors/frames, rear deck skirts/pillars, shutters, and decorative gables. 

We are anticipating the entire project, all five buildings, to take approximately 4-4.5 weeks, pending weather. Stay tuned here on the blog for frequent project updates, progress photos, and any delay should they come up. Thanks! 

We’re looking forward to being back onsite and completing another phase of your buildings this summer!
