Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Cedar Grove Townhomes. We are thrilled to be onsite to work with you this summer.

Thursday, July 20th: Good morning!

The crew has just about finished your project. What’s left to do is for our project manager to complete a final walk through and mark any areas where touch ups are needed. The crew will then return to complete the touch ups and your project will be done!

Wednesday, July 19th: Greetings!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain this morning. Weather permitting they will return tomorrow to continue working on your project.

Monday, July 17th: Good morning!

The crew wrapped up painting your front door frames last week. Today they are starting to stain the decks!

The staining process has begun!

Thursday, July 13th: Greetings!

The crew wrapped up with pressure washing yesterday. Today they have been working on painting the front door frames.

Wednesday, July 12th: Good afternoon!

Today the crew will be wrapping things up with pressure washing your decks. Weather permitting, they will return tomorrow to begin painting the front door frames.

Pressure washing is almost complete and the decks are looking great so far.

Monday, July 10th: Good morning!

The crew is onsite and your project is underway. They will be pressure washing the deck surfaces today.

Friday, July 7th: Greetings Residents of Cedar Grove Townhomes!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project. We are looking forward to being onsite and refreshing your exteriors this summer.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing on Monday, July 10th. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home and items off of your decks to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

After the decking surfaces have been washed, the wood will need time to dry and during that time we will begin painting front door frames on Tuesday, July 11th. Please ensure that your storm door is unlocked for the duration of the project.

We anticipate the entire project (deck staining & entry frame painting) to be completed in approximately 7-10 business days. However, your individual unit/building will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather will likely impact our finishing schedule too. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & staining tasks on decking of the 1st building as early as Thursday, July 13th.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.
