Due to the rain the crew will not be onsite today. They will hopefully be back tomorrow, weather permitting.

The crew is kicking off on site pressure washing your building. It will take them several days to make their way around and wash the surfaces.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Villas at St. Albans in Excelsior. We are looking forward to refreshing the exterior of your building.
For this year’s project we’ll be prepping and painting select areas of your exterior – soffits, siding, fascia, trim, entry door frames including sidelights, patio door frames, window trim, garage doors/frames, service doors/frames, stair risers, pillars/posts and vents near your garage doors.
We have a crew that will be kicking off with pressure washing on Monday, 5/17 which will likely take the crew several days to complete.
We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the deck of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place. But please keep items ~3ft away from your home to allow the crew enough space to prep/paint the surfaces.
After the surfaces have had time to dry (about 5-7 days) the crew will return to begin their prep and painting. We are anticipating this to be on Thursday, 5/20.
We anticipate the entire project in your association will likely take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete (weather permitting). We will be using our online blog to inform residents of the project status, schedule or any weather delays during the project.
