Thursday, July 23rd: Greetings! 

We’ll be painting your scheduled resident doors starting tomorrow and a major thank you to all that have already signed up —- claps for your neighborhood participation. I think between Friday and Saturday we have 80-90% scheduled. Thank you! 

Wednesday, July 22nd: Good afternoon! 

After yesterday’s rain, we are back onsite and back at painting Building 5. Reminder we are painting resident doors on Friday and Saturday. Please make an appointment using the calendar above. Thanks!

Monday, July 20th: Good morning! 

We are continuing to prep and paint on Buildings 4 & 5 today. We will be painting your resident doors starting on Friday this week and also on Saturday. You can utilize the calendar tool above to click on which day will work for you to be home and open your door and then also a time slot. We’ll be taking appointments for 9am – 4pm on Friday and then 9am – 2pm on Saturday. Thanks!

Thursday, July 16th: Greetings!

The crew is starting their prep work and painting  on Building 4 today. They will continue with Building 4 tomorrow and then either start on Building 5 on Saturday, 7/18 or Monday, 7/20.

Wednesday, July 15th: Good morning!

The crew is working at Building 3 and will finish it today, aside from the areas near the electrical cables.

With all of the rain, the crew will not be onsite today. We’ll keep you posted on our return. Thanks!

Monday, July 13th: Good Morning!

The crew is finishing up their painting on Building 2 today. They will be starting on Building 3 after lunch.

Friday, June 10th: Greetings!

It’s not a rain day! (Insert HAPPY DANCE) 🎉☀️

The crew is back onsite and prepping and painting at Building 2. They made their way around to the remaining buildings and completed the pressure washing as well. We’ve updated the schedule for Building 3 to begin on Monday, 7/13. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, July 9th: Good morning! 

Deja vu and more morning rain today! Though the crew won’t be painting today they’ll be starting the pressure washing of Buildings #3, #4, and #5 — we’ll let you know their progress at the end of the day. Thanks!

The crew was onsite this morning but unfortunately due to the rain they will be offsite for the rest of the day. We will be back tomorrow. Have a great day!

Tuesday, July 7th: Good morning!

It’s another rain delay at Monterey Park. But it does look clear for the rest of the week – fingers crossed. Thanks for your patience as we are all subject to Mother Nature’s weather schedule : )

There is a rain delay today. The crew will return as surfaces dry out. We will keep you posted. 

Thursday, July 2nd: Good morning! 

The crew is finishing their painting at Building 1, aside from some higher areas near electrical wires. They’ve started scraping and prepping on one side of Building #2 as well. They’re return tomorrow to keep working on Building #2 and then will be back on Monday, 7/6 after the holiday weekend. .

We are off and running at Monterey Park! The crew will wash Building #1 today and will wash Building #2 tomorrow.

Welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Monterey Park. Thank you for having us. We are looking forward to getting start soon. 

For your project, we’ll be prepping and finishing various areas of your exterior – siding, soffits, fascia, trim, garage doors/frames, front doors/frames, sidelights, wood window trim, steel window lintels, wood railings, support posts, and louvers on your 5 buildings.
