Greetings and welcome to your project blog! We are thrilled to be back onsite working with and for you!

Wednesday, May 1st: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and currently working on the prep work for Building 1.

Getting the areas taped off and ready for paint!

Monday, April 30th: Good morning!

Due to the rain over the weekend and this morning we will be delaying the project until tomorrow. Looking forward to getting onsite!

Wednesday, April 24th: Greetings Residents Durham Green!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your renovation project.

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project scheduled to be completed within your community soon. We are projecting that preparation and painting tasks will start on Monday, April 29th.

We kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint when entering or exiting their unit. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint gets on your clothes or personal belongings.

The included scope of work for our company will take about 12 – 15 working days to complete the included service door frames, front door frames, entry posts/headers & other accent trim. Please be mindful that the weather may alter this finishing schedule.
