The crew continues to work diligently on your project with this gorgeous weather we have been having.  Today they have been painting at Building 17.

Another gorgeous sunny day onsite! The crew has been painting at Building 9 today.

The crew is continuing to make great progress with your project.  They will be painting at Building 7 today!

Wednesday, May 1st: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and your project is officially underway!  The crew is currently working on prep work at Buildings 1 -3.

Monday, April 29th: Good morning!

Due to the rain over the weekend and this morning we will be delaying the project until tomorrow. Looking forward to getting onsite!

Wednesday, April 24th: Greetings Residents of Claremont Pines!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your renovation project.

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project scheduled to be completed within your community soon. We are projecting that preparation and painting tasks will start on Monday, April 29th.

We kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint when entering or exiting their unit. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint gets on your clothes or personal belongings.

The included scope of work for our company will take about 8 – 12 working days to complete the included garage & front door frames, entry posts, patio kickplates, and other accent trim. Please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule.
