Wednesday, May 13th: Good morning!

We are off and running at Orchard Pointe this morning! The crew is starting in the North Section with Building #1. We’ll be prepping and painting the select trim areas – these areas are your “keystones” above front doors, porticos, garages and fypon accents at windows – note the front door trim is not included in this year’s painting.

They will likely begin the shutters tomorrow. We want to thank you for having us onsite as we spruce up your buildings and shutters.

Santiago preps around the window accents.

Monday, May 11th: Good afternoon!

We’ll be getting started on your project on Wednesday, May 13th with prepping and finishing select substrates, which include your shutters and misc. white accent trim. Overall, this project will have minimal impact on your daily routine; however, please be mindful of ladders used to access the substrates to be painted – thank you!

Also to note, as we are painting and refreshing your shutters it may be a good time to look at your resident front doors for color consistency. We will be sharing the color formulas for the shutters should you choose to refresh your front door.

Friday, May 1st: Hello and Happy May!

We’ll be kicking off your project in the near future and we will update this blog as more details are finalized and set.

Once we are underway, our crew will begin in the North section and follow the routes posted above to paint the shutters and fypon accents on each building. After completing the North section, they’ll move to the South. We are anticipating in total to be onsite for about a month.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post which buildings the crew are currently working on so you can know when to expect them on your building although our painting should have minimal impact on your day to day activities.

We’re looking forward to getting underway next week. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Wednesday, April 29th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Orchard Pointe.

We are thrilled to be back onsite after completing your deck staining project last summer.

For this year’s project, we’ll be prepping and finishing select trim areas. This will include your shutters and decorative trim.

We’ll soon post a route map of the property so you will know when to expect us prepping and painting at your building.

You can stay apprised of project progress, updates, anticipated scheduling, and any weather delays here on the blog.

Thanks and we’re looking forward to getting underway soon!
