Monday, August 23rd: Good morning!

Thank you to everyone who signed up and made appointments for a time slot to have your door painting. We’ll be back this Friday and Saturday to make our final attempts at painting your door in the open position. Please use the scheduler above. Thank you!!

Friday, August 20th: Hello and TGIF!

The crew is completing door painting today for the scheduled appointments — if you haven’t already please sign up using the calendar tool above. We likely have one make up day next week before we paint the remaining doors in the closed position. Thank you!

Wednesday, August 18th: Good morning!

The crew has picked up where they left off and are continuing to put the finishing touches on the door frames.

Tuesday, August 17th: Good afternoon!

The crew is back onsite wrapping up the door frame painting. They are continuing to paint front doors as well and this will continue throughout the week.

Monday, August 16th: Good morning!

The crew is continuing with painting the door frames today and will be wrapping up by the end of the day tomorrow. The remaining items are the resident front doors. We’ll be posting more available dates/times soon so you can sign up to have your door painted. Likely it will be Friday and Saturday this week. Thanks!

Wednesday, August 4th: Greetings Residents of Cottages of Club West!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Cottages of Club West in Blaine.

For your project, we’ll be prepping & painting select trim. This includes the front entry door frames and utility door frames. Starting next Thursday 8/12 we will be starting the process of painting residence doors.

For the door painting portion of the project, we’ll need cooperation from each homeowner to paint the door in the open position. Crew members will be knocking on doors throughout the community starting on Thursday, 8/12. If you are available, kindly open your door to be painted. The most convenient and guaranteed way to get your door painted is to schedule a block of time to be home that we will come to paint your door. Please use the calendar scheduling tool above to schedule a time on the available days. Our last attempts will be made on Saturday, 8/21. If you do not make an appointment before that day, we will paint the door in the closed position.

Once the door has been painted, we recommend at minimum 2.5 hours for the door to remain open to dry fully. Thank you!

We have a crew that will be kicking off your project on Monday, August 9th to begin the prep work and painting of the common area items – front door frames and utility door frames. The actual front door painting will begin on Thursday, 8/12.

Overall, this project will have minimal impact on your daily routine. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
