Wednesday, June 29th: Greetings Residents of Timber Creek!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Timber Creek in Plymouth. We are looking forward to sprucing up your decks and garages!
Our crews will soon begin pressure washing select decking components (front & rear) and select garage doors in your association for the upcoming painting project. We are scheduled to begin pressure washing starting on Tuesday, 7/5.
We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any personal items away from the deck railings from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Additionally, we will be utilizing homeowner water spigots to access water so please ensure yours is available for the crew to utilize.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included areas of your deck (deck skirts & posts) & select garage doors. We are projecting the preparation & painting tasks to begin at Building 1 in our proposed finishing schedule on Thursday, July 7th.
This is a large project that will likely take about 2-3 weeks to complete all buildings. However, your individual unit will take less time so please look at our projected schedule for when work is to be performed on your specific building.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
