Friday, February 19th: Good morning and TGIF! 

The crew has wrapped and finished painting and cleaning up in the atrium area yesterday. They’ll be back in the next few days once areas are marked with blue tape to complete touch ups. Please leave the blue tape up as it marks areas for the crew.

Wednesday, February 17th: Greetings! 

The crew is continuing to paint in the atrium. They are utilizing the lift to paint the ceiling/skylight beams. They are also prepping the walls – smoothing, patching, and sanding areas before they paint. 

They are anticipating to be wrapped up on Friday.

Monday, February 15th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is prepping and covering in the atrium area. We’ll be spraying the ceiling first so lots of covering of railings, flooring, etc. After the ceiling is done, we’ll move on to paint the walls. We are anticipating 3-4 more working days in the atrium – thank you and stay warm!

Thursday, February 11th: Good morning! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint in the stairs wells. Prepping and covering, painting walls and ceilings, and then going through to clean up. They’ll begin on the atrium early next week. Thanks!

Tuesday, February 9th: Good afternoon! 

At least it’s sunny outside right?! It is definitely appreciated with the polar freeze we’re in. 

The crew is working to wrap up on the 1st floor and completing some clean up and painting of select doors. They are also working in the larger stairwell – 4 stories tall. Please be mindful of wet paint and the crew in this space. Thank you!

The crew is anticipating to wrap up with the painting of 1st floor and remainder of stairwells this week and then continue to paint in the 1st floor atrium.

Friday, February 5th: Good afternoon and TGIF! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint in sections along the 1st floor hallway.

Wednesday, February 3rd: Greetings! 

The crew has transitioned to the 1st floor. They’ll continue to work in sections of prepping the walls, taping off and covering areas with plastic, and then spraying the ceilings before they roll on the wall paint.

Monday, February 1st: Good afternoon and happy February! 

The crew is onsite and continuing on the 2nd floor. They are anticipating to be moving to the 1st floor on Wednesday of this week. After the 1st floor, they’ll move into the stairwells.

Thursday, January 28th: Greetings! 

The crew is continuing to cruise through the 2nd floor hallway – prepping and painting in sections.

Wednesday, January 27th: Good morning! 

The crew sprayed the ceiling on the 2nd floor yesterday and also started to paint the hallway walls. They’ll also begin to paint the select doors and frames. They’ll continue to work in sections of the 2nd floor – ceilings, walls, and then frames. The crew is anticipating to move down to the 1st level early next week. Thanks!

Monday, January 25th: Greetings and happy project start day!

The crew is off and running at The Lowry and we’re thrilled to be onsite and sprucing up select areas of your building. The crew will be getting started on the 2nd floor. They’ll begin with prep – taping edges, covering lights and areas we will not be completing before they get started painting.

Friday, January 22nd: Good afternoon and welcome to your project blog for the painting project at The Lowry. We’re looking forward to getting started next week!

For your project we’ll be prepping and painting select areas in the 1st and 2nd floor hallways as well as the stairwells. Included also are select doors/frames and entry vestibule walls. 

We kindly ask that you are mindful of wet paint when traversing through the hallways – thank you! 

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updated on the crews’ progress and which floor they are working on and anticipated schedule to move to other areas.
