Friday, June 12th: Greetings and happy Friday! 

It’s a beautiful day and we are working on Building 4.  The crew is anticipating to wrap up tomorrow.

Thursday, June 11th: Good afternoon! 

The crew resumed their painting around lunchtime today. They are making their way around Building #4. 

Wednesday, June 10th: Good afternoon! 

The rain has cleared and the surfaces have dried out and we are back at it! 

The crew is painting at Building #3 and will soon move onto Building #4.

Tuesday, June 9th: Good morning! 

The crew is continuing on Building 3 today — prepping, spraying siding and shakes, and then they’ll move onto the trim.

Monday, June 8th: Good afternoon! 

It’s a HOT one out there! 

The crew is finishing up on Building 2 and moving on 3 today.

Friday, June 5th: Greetings! 

Happy Friday! The crew is prepping and painting at Building #2 today. They are tentatively planning to start on #3 on Monday, 6/8. Thanks!

Thursday, June 4th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is completed their prep and painting at Building 1, today they’re beginning on Building 2 and are also washing Buildings 3 and 4 — busy day!

Wednesday, June 3rd: Greetings! 

The crew is finishing up the trim painting around Building 1 and will start their prep and painting on Building 2 tomorrow.

Tuesday, June 2nd: Good afternoon!

It’s a hot one out there – but we are making the most of the dry weather. 

They are prepping and painting their way around Building 1 – prep/cover and then spray/back roll. We are anticipating to be starting on Building 2 on Thursday as well as pressure washing 3/4. Thanks!

Monday, June 1st: Good afternoon! 

We are off and running! The crew is beginning their prep work on Building #1 today — this means lots of paper, tape, and plastic. We will have your windows covered for a bit and we appreciate your cooperation as we get your building painted. 

We will also be washing Buildings 3 & 4 on Thursday, 6/4 – thanks!

Friday, May 29th: Greetings and TGIF! 

The hum of the pressure washing is audible and we are off and running! 

The crew will be washing Buildings #1 and #2 today — then return on Monday, 6/1 to begin prep and painting at Building #1. Thanks!

Wednesday, May 27th: Good afternoon! 

We are getting started with pressure washing on Friday, May 29th. We will soon post a route map as it’s finalized. We ask that you close you windows when your building is set for pressure washing and remove any small items from the outside of your home to allow safe and unobstructed access while washing – thank you!

Thursday, May 21st: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!

We’ll be getting started with pressure washing Building 1 and 2 on Friday, May 29th. We’ll post a route map with building designation on Tuesday, 5/26 as it’s finalized. 

For pressure washing, we ask that you please remove small personal items from the exterior of your home to allow safe and unobstructed access while washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items.

Then once the substrates have had time to dry, we’ll return to begin painting on Building 1 – we are projecting this to be on Monday, June 1st (note the notices posted were incorrect). You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll be provide frequent updates and use it as a tool to inform residents of scheduling or weather delays.
