Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining and painting project at Brandlwood Farms HOA in White Bear Lake. We are thrilled to be onsite working with you this summer!

Thursday, September 7th: Good afternoon!

We have completed the painting in your association and will now schedule a walk through with management.

You may see some tape up, but we will be back onsite and get it taken care of.

Wednesday, August 9th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they are continuing to prep and paint Building 1.

The day is finally here, project kick off day! The crew will be onsite today pressure washing.

Thursday, July 27th: Greetings Residents of Brandlwood Farms!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming deck staining and painting project. We are looking forward to getting started next week!

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing on Friday, August 4th. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home and items off of your decks to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

After the decking surfaces have been washed, the wood will need time to dry and during that time we will begin painting downspouts and gutters on Tuesday, August 8th. We anticipate the entire project (deck staining & downspout / gutter painting) to be completed in approximately 10-14 business days. However, your individual unit/building will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather will likely impact our finishing schedule too. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & staining tasks on decking of the 1st building as early as Monday, August 7th.
