Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Century Commons Oakdale. We are thrilled to be onsite to spruce up your exteriors.

Tuesday, August 16th: Good Afternoon!

Our crews have been onsite and keeping busy. They have completed buildings 2, 3, & 5 and are currently working on building 8. They are in the process of scrapping and priming in preparation for painting.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being onsite!

Our crew will be kicking off on Friday, August 12th hand cleaning and painting at Building 1. We will follow the route map posted above as we work our way through the association, ending at building 41. We will only be painting the “black trimmed building” which are labelled in black on the map.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, we will begin preparation & painting tasks of double garage door frames, front door kickplates, front door frames, front door sidelight frames, and front awning support posts.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.
