Tuesday, May 4th: Good morning!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting and staining project at Cedar Trails in St. Louis Park. We are looking forward to refreshing the exterior of your buildings. For this summer’s project we’ll be prepping and painting the entry fencing including upper lattice in Phase II – which is 18 select buildings. We’ll also be prep and painting the patio doors frames, kick-plates, and air conditioner metal surrounds in these 18 Phase II Buildings.
We have a crew that will be kicking off on Thursday, 5/6 with pressure washing, which will likely take the crew several days to complete.
We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items away from the fencing areas for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.
After the surfaces have had time to dry (about 5-7 days) the crew will return to begin their prep, painting, and staining.
We are projecting 2-3 weeks to complete. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We’re looking forward to getting started later this week!
