The crew has wrapped things up at Windward at Dancing Waters. We hope you are enjoying your newly refreshed decks!

Friday, October 8th: Good afternoon!

The crew has been continuing to pressure wash and stain this week. They will not be onsite today due to the rain this morning.

Monday, October 4th: Greetings!

The crew is back onsite and is continuing to work on your project. They are pressure washing and staining today.

Friday, October 1st: Good morning and TGIF! 

The crew has stained buildings #1 – #5 and has also washing Buildings #7- #14. They’ll return on Monday to resume staining at Building #6 and also get started washing the remainder of the Buildings starting at #15. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Monday, September 27th: Good morning! 

The crew is off and running at Windward. They are starting with Buildings 1-6, labeled above. They’ll complete the pressure washing today and return on Thursday 9/30 to begin staining – starting at Building 1.

We also set more dates to wash the remaining buildings for later this week and also next week for the final grouping. Stay tuned to the table above for the crew’s progress.

Friday, September 24th: Greetings! 

We are back at it! Welcome to your project blog for the deck staining project at Windward this year. We are thrilled to be back onsite.

The crew will begin on Monday, September 27th with pressure washing the first six buildings decking. We kindly request that homeowners close their windows and remove all items off of their decks for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. 

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back to start prepping and staining your deck floors. We are projecting that date to begin on the 1st Building on Thursday, September 30th.

We are projecting that the project will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete all units. The crew will be following the map above to complete the washing in several phases and then also the staining. 

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll provide frequent updates with progress made, project photos, and any delays should they come up.
