Friday, May 8th: Greetings and TGIF!
The crew has wrapped on your project albeit one remaining residence door needing painting. They will also be competing some touch up work in the next few days. Thank you so much for having us. It has been our pleasure sprucing up your property!

Thursday, May 7th: Good morning!
The crew is continuing to prep and paint in sections of your townhomes. They could potentially wrap up today, but may need one more day to get it all completed.

Wednesday, May 6th: Greetings!
The crew is continuing to paint their way around the buildings and are working mostly on the trim today. They are anticipating 1-2 more working days to finish up.

Tuesday, May 5th: Good afternoon!
The crew is back onsite and starting their painting on both of the buildings. They’ll work in sections around the buildings — prep, spray, back roll and then repeat. Thanks!

Monday, May 4th: Good morning!
Happy Monday! The crew is back onsite and we are prepping and covering at both buildings today. They are taking time to tape off and cover windows, scrape & spot prime, and caulk areas as needed.

Friday, May 1st: Hello and Happy May and Happy Friday!
It’s going to be a beautiful day, it’s a new month and we are kicking off your project!
The crew will be onsite today washing both buildings – they are anticipating to finish both, but may need to return tomorrow to finish up. We have our carpenters onsite as well to get a head start of the repairs before we return next week to begin painting.
We are anticipating the entire project to take about 8-12 working days. You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we post frequent updates and any weather delays and share photos of the progress. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Friday, April 24th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!
We’ll be finishing two of your town homes this spring: 15-25 Echo Bay Dr. & 50-60 Echo Bay Dr. We’ll be prepping and painting the soffits, lap siding, contrast fascia, window frames, door frames, sidelights, transom windows, garage door frames, shutters, entrance porch undersides, deck railings, support posts, deck fascia, chimney stacks, and flower boxes.
Stay tuned for further information regarding start date, and projected finishing schedule.
As the project begins, you can continue to follow the progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, post photos, and share any weather delays should they come up.
