Monday, June 10th: Hello and welcome to your project blog!

The crew is off and running! For this year’s painting project, we’ll be prepping and painting the railings above the garages on the front and rear of your homes. We’ll be sanding and cleaning the railings then applying a full prime coat followed by a top coat. We anticipate the crew to be prepping and painting your railings for the next 2-3 weeks, weather permitting.

As for the carpentry portion of the project, we’ll be reconstructing nine of your decks with Azek PVC decking. This will include the demo of existing decks and then installing the decking materials. We’ll also be rebuilding and replacing a privacy divider wall. Once the deck replacement begins, we’ll post an anticipated finishing schedule.

The painting portion will start first and then the carpentry crew will get started as they finish up a current deck replacement project in Shorewood.

You can stay apprised of project updates, schedules, and progress photos here on blog as we’ll provide several updates a week. Thanks so much and we’re looking forward to being onsite!
