Thursday, July 25th: Greetings! 

We are wrapping up your final 2 buildings today- woohoo! 

We wanted to say thank you for having us onsite and it has been our pleasure sprucing up your buildings!! Have a great rest of the summer!

Tuesday, July 23rd: Good morning residents of Owasso Heights!

The Minneapolis Aquatennial is kicking off this week with many events taking place downtown and throughout the city starting on Wednesday, 7/24 and going through Saturday, 7/27. Some of the festivities include the Parade, Torchlight 5K, Trivia, Water Ski Show on the Mississippi, Loring Park Art Festival, and the Target Fireworks on Saturday! 

The crew is prepping and painting on Building L today— with this continued sunny and clear weather, they are anticipating to wrap up at the end of the week or early next week.

Monday, July 22nd: Hello and Happy Monday! 

Can you believe we’re only one month out from the ‘Great Minnesota Get-together?!’ That means one month to gear up for consuming ALL of the foods— pronto pups, Martha’s cookies, corn, cheese curds, fried pickles, and the list is endless… there are also some great groups playing at the Grandstand— check it out here

The crews have picked back up and will be prepping and painting on Buildings J and K and no, we’re not kidding : )

We’re about 2/3 of the way completed with your project.

Friday, July 19th: Hello and TGIF! 

Inspired by this ‘Fire-y’ hot weather we’re having, we wanted to share Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show video of the Avengers: Endgame cast singing ‘We Didn’t Start the Fire’ — now stay cool out there!

The crew is prepping and painting on Buildings H and I today— with all prior buildings being completed.

Thursday, July 18th: Greetings and Happy Hump Day!

As the 2019 Emmy Award nominees were recently announced, let’s throw it back to 2000 and a few of that’s year’s winners for #ThrowbackThursday:  Comedy Series- Will & Grace, Outstanding Drama Series – West Wing, Best Actor for Comedy Serious- Michael J Fox in Spin City, and Best Actress for Comedy Seriues- Patricia Heaton in Everybody Loves Raymond. Here’s the link for this year’s nominees. The Awards will be on September 22nd!

The crew is currently on Building H- prepping and painting and will then continue along the route.

Wednesday, July 17th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is cruising along the route and painting the included trim areas of your buildings.

Tuesday, July 16th: Greetings! 

The crew has completed Buildings A B C and E and is currently prepping and painting on D and F.

Monday, July 15th: Good afternoon!

It’s going to be a scorcher this week so take care of yourself and stay hydrated! And often with hot weather comes thunderstorms so check back here on the blog for weather updates and delays on your project!

The crew is wrapping up Building C and moving onto Building D here this morning. They’ll continue to follow along the route with prepping and painting the included trim areas.

Wednesday, July 10th: Good afternoon!

And they’re off!

The crew is pressure washing the exterior of your buildings and will make their way along the route from Building A to Building Q. Thanks!

Tuesday, July 9th: Greetings!

The crew will be onsite tomorrow to begin pressure washing the 17 included buildings in this year’s painting project. We kindly ask you to remove any small items from the exterior of your home so the crew has unobstructed access while pressure washing and then while painting. 

The included areas are- soffits, fascia, louvers, window trim, front door frames, garage door frames, patio door frames, front pillars, porch undersides, and kitchen overhang undersides, which is most of your exterior surfaces. 

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, project photos, and any weather delays should they come up. We will post a tentative finishing schedule so you can anticipate when the crew will be prepping and painting on your building.

Monday, July 1st: Greetings and welcome to your project blog! 

We’ve posted notices regarding your upcoming painting project and we’ll begin with pressure washing the week of July 8th. As we compile and finalize details we’ll post here on your project blog with a route map aas well as a schedule for project completion.
