Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to sprucing up your courtyard.
Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in anticipation of the upcoming painting in your association on Wednesday, May 11th. We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from the deck of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe &n unobstructed access for washing. If you do not remove your contents, the crew will skip your unit and you may be subject to additional costs imposed by the management / association.
Pressure washing will commence in the COURTYARD ONLY from the SW corner around to the SE corner. The crew will return to begin the painting in the courtyard only. We anticipate the courtyard portion of the project will likely take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete, weather permitting. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & painting tasks on Monday, May 16th.
We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer.
