Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming stairwell painting project at The Claridge in Minneapolis. We are thrilled to be back onsite!

Thursday, November 10th: Greetings residents of the Claridge!

We are off and running. A 2nd crew will be getting started in the 2519 building tomorrow – beginning with prep, covering, scraping and ceiling painting. Then they’ll begin with the millwork and wall painting.

Thursday, November 9th: Good morning and welcome to your project blog for the stairwell painting project at the Claridge! We will utilize this tool to share progress updates, photos, and any other pertinent information.

We are getting started mid morning today with a pre-project walkthrough to go over the scope of work and the color scheme. We will return tomorrow with a full crew to begin prep/painting in the 2517 Building.

We’ll kick off the project in the 2517 Building. The project scope encompasses prep & painting of your previously painted baseboards, crown molding, doors/frames, etc, prep & painting of the walls (we are not doing anything with your metallic decorative trim nor the murals), and finally we will be refreshing the ceilings.

We kindly ask you to use the rear stairwells for access to your building while we are working in your building as to not disrupt the work or encounter wet paint – thank you!

We are looking forward to refreshing the space, changing the color scheme and getting all the areas to be uniform throughout.

We anticipate each stairwell to take about 5-6 working days and once completed, we will transition to the 2519 and finally the 2521 Building.
