Monday, May 18th: We are onsite scraping siding in Building #6; no painting today due to the rain that we received overnight on Sunday/early Monday. We should be able to paint on Tuesday, as long as the rain holds off!

Tuesday, May 12th: Good afternoon – the prep and painting is ongoing and we are working our way through the sequences of buildings. The crew is done with Building #1-#3 of the red marked areas of the map. Working on Building #4 today and tomorrow and will likely start Building #5 late on Wednesday or early Thursday.

Here are some photos from late last week of Building #1 & #2 garage areas:

Wednesday, May 6th: Hello all – we have been working on Building #1 and doing a lot of scraping to prep for painting the building. See pictures below! Building #2 will start prep in the next day or so, as long as the weather holds.

Monday, May 4th: We are off and running today – we are onsite beginning the prep for painting of Building #1 at Brookwood today. As we make progress we will plan to update on here with photos. It looks like we are getting a drier stretch for the week so hopefully we can capitalize on that and avoid spring showers!

Thanks in advance for your patience as we begin the painting phase of the project.

Thursday, April 30th: Good afternoon – the pressure washing has completed. We will return on Monday, May 1th to begin the prep & painting of Building #1 (weather permitting).

We plan to work in sequential order and anticipate that each building group will take approximately three working days. Overall, the project should span approximately three weeks and if weather cooperates it may complete sooner.

Wednesday, April 29th: Good morning – we are back onsite today pressure washing the final building. We plan to return on May 5th to begin the prep & painting work, as long as the weather agrees with us!

We’re moving from east to west generally for the project and hope to work that same way once we begin the painting project. Thank you!

Tuesday, April 28th: Good morning – we are onsite today starting the pressure washing at your association. We will post a welcome video later today giving you more insight into the project scope and what to expect!

Friday, April 24th: Good morning, all!

We will begin pressure washing on Tuesday, April 28th. Your management company has sent out the notice to the community and the crew  will be posting them at your residences in the next day.

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing select areas approved by the association board starting on: TUESDAY, APRIL 28TH

We kindly request that you please remove any fragile and/or small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. We anticipate washing of these buildings will take 3 – 4 days to complete. Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the surfaces designated for painting. We anticipate that our crew will begin preparation on: TUESDAY, MAY 5TH

The prep & painting of each individual building will take approximately 4 – 6 working days to complete each building (weather will likely affect this schedule). The best way to obtain a project update and any impact it may have to our schedule or your daily routine can be found at this blog.

Wednesday, March 11th: Good morning, all!

A wintry mix decided to join us yesterday but our team has completed the carpentry portion of the project. We will be onsite today removing trash / excess materials and now we await warmer exterior temperatures to return to complete the painting portion.

We will update the blog when we have a date that the painting will begin onsite. Typically, we can begin to paint outside in April but it depends on what kind of temperatures we are seeing!

Tuesday, March 10th: Good afternoon!

We returned to perform more work today. There is a possibility of precipitation in the forecast and so look here tomorrow to see if we will be onsite or weather delayed.

Monday, March 9th: Happy Monday!

We hope you all are doing well after such a warm weekend! We are back onsite today and continuing with the carpentry work.

Friday, March 6th: Happy Friday, all!

Due to the intermittent rain and in the forecast, we will not be onsite today performing carpentry work. The work is planned to resume on Monday, March 9th. If there are further weather delays we will notify you on Monday.

We hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

Thursday, March 5th: Good morning!

The carpentry work is beginning today. We are fortunate that we’re having some mild weather this week and should be able to make a lot of progress without fear of snow.

As Minnesotans, we are all too familiar with early spring blizzards and so we won’t be surprised if it takes a drastic turn next week:).

We will hopefully have some photos of the progress to post in the next day. Thanks for trusting us with your exterior project!

Friday, February 27th: Greetings Residents of Brookwood!

Our carpenter will soon begin exterior carpentry repairs in select areas of the association as part of the preparation for the upcoming spring painting project. We expect to begin on Thursday, March 5th.

We anticipate that the specified carpentry scope of work that was approved by the community’s association Board to be completed in 4 – 6 days. Overall, this project will have minimal impact your daily routine and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Our team will work efficiently to complete the work promptly in preparation for the painting crew to arrive at a later date. To stay up to date on project progress, scheduling updates (including weather delays), and other important information, please check back here often.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to the contacts below.  Email is the preferred form of communication.

We’re looking forward to being back onsite and refreshing your buildings!
