Riverview at Upper Landing – St. Paul

Pressure Washing COMPLETE

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Riverview at Upper Landing. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this year!

Friday, June 13th: Happy Rainy Friday to all! The crew has wrapped up pressure washing both buildings. Painting / Prep to start as soon as conditions permit early next week. There will likely be some Saturdays that the crew is onsite in order to make up any time and get ahead of weather delays. The apartment management will be sharing more details on the hours you can expect that to happen. For now, enjoy these action photos of pressure washing below:

Thursday, June 12th: Happy Thursday – the crew has made good progress and rain in the evenings hasn’t slowed them down. There will be a more comprehensive update tomorrow on what remains for the pressure washing schedule on each building.

Wednesday, June 11th: Happy Wednesday and Project Start Day!

Pressure washing has begun and the crew is hard at work moving around the first building. Check out the welcome video below for more information from the Sales Project Manager, Danielle.

Friday, June 6th: Greetings Residents of Riverview at Upper Landing!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing on Wednesday, June 11th.  The pressure washing / painting will begin at the purple arrow on the above map and follow the respective red / blue line depending on the type (ladder or lift). We kindly request that you please remove personal items away from the edge of the siding for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing & painting is complete, you may return the items to their normal place. Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine can be found here on your project blog.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to the contacts below.  Email is the preferred form of communication.

We are looking forward to getting started and working with and for you again this summer!
