Tuesday, July 14th: Good morning all – we are working on touch-ups on the first group of buildings (1-5) after yesterday’s inspection as well as painting on buildings 6 – 9.

Monday, July 13th: Hello all – as of Friday, we needed to complete #12, #19 and #20 for pressure washing and we’re working to an update on the blog if those have been complete.

We are onsite today doing an inspection of the first group of buildings that have been painted to mark touch-ups and we are also starting Building #8 and #9.

The next few days look to be really hot but we will be onsite working on completing your project, even when it’s hot out!

Thursday, July 9th: We are pressure washing the next group of buildings starting today – thank you for your cooperation moving your furniture and personal items out of the way for the painters.

We really appreciate your partnership! Here is a project update video:

Wednesday, July 8th: Hi all – we are not going to be painting today due to the rain we are getting overnight and today. We will be onsite to do a walk to check progress.

Tuesday, July 7th: We hope you had a good start to your week. On Thursday we will be pressure washing Buildings #11 – 20. This means that we will need those residents to remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

Tomorrow it looks like we will be experiencing some rain so we may be delayed; keep an eye on the blog for the project status.

Thanks!

Monday, July 6th: We hope you had a nice holiday weekend! We’ll be updating you later today with status of buildings – we will be starting to pressure washing the next group of buildings this week.

Thursday, July 2nd: Hello we are onsite today and plan to work tomorrow but we will NOT be working on Saturday, July 4th. Please see the table at the top for the status as of today.

The blog won’t be updated again until Monday, July 6th. Happy Fourth of July!

Wednesday, July 1: Good morning – another round of rain – we will not be working today but hope for drier conditions tomorrow! We will put back any gutter downspouts to make sure they are properly draining away from buildings.

Thank you for your patience! Hoping to be back tomorrow if the conditions are improved.

We have added a table at the top of the blog to help residents know when their decking is available and items can be moved back. We will be working tomorrow and Friday (weather permitting) but will not be working on Saturday, July 4th.

Tuesday, June 30th: Hello all! We are planning to work today with prepping of Building #2 and if the weather allows (after the rain this morning) we will start painting after 11am/12 pm.

It’s another hot day but not as hot as it was yesterday – thanks for your patience as we work around the weather conditions (like rain).

Pressure washing also is occurring of Building #7 this morning!

Monday, June 29th: Hello all – it will be a hot one today but we are working on site, even with the extreme heat.

We also updated the color map to reflect  colors that were modified for building 43 and 34 – they went from E to B. If you have questions, please reach out to the association.

We hope you all stay cool today! Drink lots of water!

Building #1 prep / painting is in progress and the prep of Vuilding #2 is starting today. Please be mindful this as you are leaving / returning to your residence that we’re going to be working on Building #2. Thank you!

We will also be washing Building #7 in the next 1-2 days as the water spigot is working so keep a lookout for pressure washing at that location to complete the pressure washing for the first 10 buildings.

Friday, June 26th: We are working on the prep & painting of Building 1-10 at this time. We will be onsite on Saturday as well, assuming the weather is cooperating!

We appreciate you keeping personal items away from the exterior of your home so that the prep & painting can occur without interruption. Thanks for your patience!

Wednesday, June 24th: Good morning – we have completed pressure washing except for Building #7 (this will be washed before any painting occurs) and are ready to make a return to begin prep and painting on Thursday. The prep efforts will begin first and on Building #1 and then the crew will follow behind with the painting work. We appreciate your patience as we will be covering windows to protect from the paint and we know that it is summertime so it’s hard to lose access temporarily!

A reminder to other buildings that we will be using water for pressure washing the future buildings and to please turn on water on your exterior faucets.

Monday, June 22nd: Hello all – we are beginning pressure washing of the first 10 buildings today. We will update you on if the painting schedule will hold to begin on Thursday, June 25th.

If you are looking to address any additional areas of your home, we ask you to reach out to your property management team for them to coordinate to us. Thank you!

Thursday, June 18th: Hello all – please see the map posted above so you can see what building # you are and keep up on the general scheduling of this project.

Yesterday, notices were posted at Building # 1-10 notifying them that we will begin pressure washing on Monday, June 22nd.

We appreciate you assistance! Notices for the subsequent buildings will be posted at least 5 days prior to pressure washing beginning – so keep an eye out!

Wednesday, June 17th: Greetings Residents of Heritage HOA of Bloomington!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in anticipation of the upcoming painting project in the association. The pressure washing tasks are scheduled to begin on the first building of our proposed sequence (Building #1) on: MONDAY, JUNE 22ND

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home (when you are notified by paper notice) to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing.

We anticipate that the entire project will be completed within 8 – 12 weeks; however, your unit/building will be completed much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association as soon as possible to begin preparation and painting on Building #1 on: THURSDAY, JUNE 25TH

We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine can be found here on your project blog.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to the contacts below.  Email is the preferred form of communication.

We are looking forward to getting started and working with and for you again this summer!
