We will be scheduling a final walk thru with Mary (board member) for tomorrow Thursday 7/30.

Monday, July 27th: Hello we are going to be onsite today at 278 and also walking the properties to mark touch-ups. Stay cool out there!

Friday, July 24th: Today we are working on garage doors and soffits. The plan is to be finished with soffits, fascia on the front and garage doors. Decks cannot be worked on because of the rain this morning but we will be onsite on Saturday, July 25.

Thursday, July 23rd: We were not onsite yesterday but plan to be onsite later in the day. Thanks!

Tuesday, July 21st: Hello – we are onsite today and plan to be working for the duration of the day!

Monday, July 20th: Good morning – due to the rain overnight we are not going to onsite today; we should be able to return to prep more on Building #2 and #3 tomorrow.

The forecast looks cooler this week and hopefully a few days without rain. Thanks for your patience!

Friday, July 17th: Hello all – we will be onsite today – the air is much better and we are planned to be onsite working at Waycliffe.

Wednesday, July 15th: Good afternoon – due to the poor air quality we’re not working onsite today. Hoping conditions will improve so that we can be back tomorrow.

Thank you!

Tuesday, July 14th: Hello all – we’ve got a bunch of photos from the job site to see progress of some of the buildings below:

Monday, July 13th: Hello all – looks like a very dry week to work this week (and hot). We’re hoping to have a few photos for you tomorrow!

Friday, July 10th: Hello all we are onsite doing door appointments today. You should have heard from your management company about this and/or will be reached out to by the crew.

Thursday, July 9th: Hello all we are back onsite at Waycliffe today – we are onsite today as it is a bright and sunny day – great for painting!

We may need homeowners to have their front doors open for painting later this week but you will be receiving more word from your property management if this is the case.

Wednesday, July 8th: More rain makes it hard to do painting! We will not be onsite today but it looks like we are getting some dry weather in the forecast.

Tuesday, July 7th: Hello all – we are not onsite today due to the rain overnight – everything was fairly wet. Hoping we are able to return tomorrow!

Monday, July 6th: Hello all – we are back onsite today! Looks like we have a good start to the week – hoping to get an update out to the blog later this week! We are working on Building #2 and #5 this week.

Please note that we will be performing a final walkthrough and marking touch-ups at the buildings that are marked complete.

Thursday, July 2nd: Hello all – we are onsite today but will not be working on Friday or Saturday – we hope you have a great 4th of July!

Wednesday, July 1st: Good morning – another round of rain – we will not be working today but hope for drier conditions tomorrow!

Tuesday, June 30th:

Hello all – due to the rain this morning we are starting a little later today – prepping this morning but not painting is likely early afternoon. We cannot apply paint if the surfaces are not properly dried – the rain is great for our plants, flowers and trees but not so good for painting.

Thank you so much for your patience! Here are some photos  of yesterday’s progress:

Monday, June 29th:

Hello all – we are onsite today. Hopefully later today we can provide an overall update from the crew to update the table with progress. Please be careful today if you are outside. Here is the extreme heat advisory:

WHAT…Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110 expected. WHERE…Portions of central, east central, south central, southeast, and southwest Minnesota and northwest and west central Wisconsin. WHEN…From 9 AM this morning to midnight CDT tonight. IMPACTS…Heat-related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Here are some progress photos of building # 4.

Friday, June 26th:

We are onsite today beginning paint and preparation on the buildings. We will be working on the first building (Building #1) and we will be working tomorrow (Saturday) as well. The weather is going to turn a lot warmer next week – looks like we are going to get a pretty big temperature change as we close the door on June.

Thursday, June 25th:

Hello – we are getting ready to begin painting on Friday, June 26th – assuming that we have appropriate weather conditions.

The carpentry will begin on Monday, June 29th. Hope you are all having a good week!

Monday, June 22nd:

Please be advised that our crew pressure washed your building & deck on Monday, June 23rd:

We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We are projecting that prep & carpentry work will start on the first building on: FRIDAY, JUNE 26TH

The project will take about 5 – 7 days to complete each home. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine can be found here.
